Sonata Senior Living

I would recommend this facility to others. The staff makes you feel comfortable.Very helpful in getting information when needed. I picked this community because the sales representative was a nurse.

Our loved one was only at Sonata Hunter's Creek community for 2 weeks for respite care, however she was on the memory care side for two weeks and the staff members working there were very good.

The quality of care was good although I had to intervene when the staff did not respond to her needs. If I had one issue it was the constant change over of the senior staff. I would establish a relationship with them and then the would leave. In the one year we had 3-4 health directors and 3 facility managers. My comments about the staff we just my frustration because I was trying to manage my step mother's care from a distance and I never knew the person I was talking to. The nursing staff was excellent.

Our loved one is being well taken care of at the Sonata Viera community and each time I come to visit the nurses are engaging. The facility is clean and my loved noe is not complaining

The staff members and other residents at Tuscan Gardens of Palm Crest have been so amazing and based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their elderly loved ones.

The residents seemed happier and more active than other places and the staff were really responsive to our questions. Also the facility is beautiful and very new so quite open and airy.The community has very friendly staff and lots of activities for residents. They are also very attentive to any medical needs of the residents.

My father is currently a resident at Serenades by Sonata Longwood. His experience at this facility has been great so far! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. My father has no complaints about the meals, but I'm not sure as I haven't tried them. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. In fact, my neighbor just moved her husband into this facility just last month.

The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Everyone seems friendly. The only concern or negative we experienced was that my loved one would tell me some of the aides don't come always when my loved one pushes the button on the call button they have around their neck to call. Overall, it is a good community. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

I met [name removed] for a tour of the Tuscan Gardens. [name removed] was incredible. I was very impressed with her obvious compassion for the residents. [name removed] greeted every resident by their name with a smile and a compliment. I could tell she treated everyone as an important member of her family. The resident's overall wellness and quality of life were paramount to [name removed] as we discussed the activities and events she planned for the residents. Unfortunately, some of the other assisted living facilities I visited did not have an employee like [name removed] , for those you could tell it was just a job, not a passion. I want my mom to be in a place where the employees are all like [name removed], part of the family.

My mother loves living at Sonata at Coconut Creek. She likes the activities and the food. And it's affordable on a limited budget. Great all around - wish we had done it sooner!

My mom loves Sonata Boca Rotan and she would give these all 5 stars as well. I would give Sonata a 10 on activities. It has drastically changed my mom's life having so much interaction with others. I would highly recommend Sonata Boca Raton to others.

We've had a great experience at Sonata Boca Raton. A very clean facility, the staff are very friendly, and the food is great! An all-around great place.

I wish I had chosen Serenades from the beginning. Management is hands-on. They are attentive to the residents and responsible to the caregivers. They do return calls. They provide me with alerts on the times when someone is coming to visit my person. They ask if I have any concerns. Meals are very good. I can't be there every moment, and I appreciate the care they provide to her and that they do what they say they're going to do. It’s definitely worth the cost.

I interviewed quite a few facilities, and when I walked into Sonata, I felt like it was a home. It's so warm and friendly. The staff is so incredibly nice and caring to my mother, there's not a day that goes by that I don't thank them for what they do for her. She is one of the most important people in my life, I feel like she is safe and cared for like I would do for her. I've seen her in an exercise class, playing bingo, and they have music that comes in I believe once a week that she absolutely loves. [Name removed], the housekeeper is amazing. If I think my mothers room needs extra attention, she goes there right away. The food looks delicious. [Name removed] knows mother likes to eat, she gives her coffee every day. She is an angel to my mother. [Name removed] and [Name removed] are so loving to her also. [Name removed] who has been out recently, also is extremely caring to my mother. The one thing that I think needs to be improved is the carpeting; it does smell in there sometimes, and they really should steam clean it at least once a month because I know people have accidents. Otherwise, I think it's an amazing, caring, facility.
