They made the entire process of finding home care much easier than expected. We thought that finding someone to help Dad would be difficult. The people at Classic Home care came up with the perfect match. Someone that is easy going and willing to do the little things that make a huge difference. I can't thank them enough.

Classic Home Care found us a caring and committed caregiver who went out of her way to support our aging family member. Our caregiver enabled our family member to stay in her own home, which was a huge blessing to her. Classic Home Care was easy to deal with, including making payments via the Intuit Quickbooks system, which was straightforward and took very little time. We are thankful for having found Classic and truly appreciative of the wonderful caregiver they brought us.

Having discontinued caregiver support from another agency, I contacted [name removed] at Classic Home Care (CHC) to request overnight support for my mother As Soon As Possible. The very next day [name removed] arranged the 1st caregiver! Furthermore, over that week my mother met several of his staff. Starting the 2nd week, she was able to receive support from the 1-2 CHC staff that she was most comfortable with. She has now reduced her need for overnight support, and started having some CHC service provided during the day: assistance while shopping, cleaning the house etc. In summary, CHC provides excellent support, and I highly recommend them! Just an FYI to those who are starting this process: it is important that whichever caregiver service you choose offers you the opportunity to meet/interview potential caregivers - this is something done routinely at CHC, but was not a practice at the 1st service we worked with.

Classic Home Care was there to help me with my Aunt who lives across the county. She did not need a lot of help and most companies would not help me because of the minimal hours. Ron was able to find a local caregiver that could check in on my Aunt on her way back from another case. I am not at peace knowing that my Aunt has Classic Home Care looking after her. We highly recommend Classic Home Care to help your loved ones.

They helped me with a very challenging family dynamic, and we appreciate them for all of their patience and understanding. I was looking for a company that could grow with Aunts needs. At the beginning she needed minimal care, however she fell one night and [name removed] and his team were able to modify the care plan and provide the help she immediately needed. Kudos to them. Yesterday I contacted 20 home health providers within Brevard County and most did not answer the phone or could not provide assistance because of a staffing shortage. Many did not service North Titusville. [name removed] with Classic Home Care was the only one who was eager to look into staffing. He called me back and informed me he could help me and provide the services I needed for my relative. Thank You [name removed]for your quick, professional response during this stressful family time.

[name removed] with Classic Home Care did a great job with matching a companion up with my mom. It was important that my mom not feel like she was being "babysat" but was meeting a companion to keep her company while I worked. They became the best of friends. My mom was spoiled by the care and companionship she received. There were tears when my mom left but they exchanged numbers and addresses and plan to keep in touch. I would recommend Classic Home Care if you need someone for your elderly loved one.

Classic Home Care has been absolutely wonderful and efficient in providing companion service for my 92 year old mom. My mother got along extremely well with the woman sent by Classic; she was always reliable and ready to help at all times. The only reason we terminated the service was that I took my mother back to my house in Maine. I would highly recommend Classic Home Care to everyone.

I appreciated the daily assistance when I was having difficulty taking care of my husband and managing things at home. The support of the home health aid has been a blessing. I had nothing but excellent service from them from the beginning of my inquiries to my initial in-home meeting with staff, whether it was email contact or telephone contact, all service was just perfect.
