I recently moved my mother into pleasant gardens and the staff was so helpful answering any questions I had during the process! I met the house manager prior to moving my mother in and they were very accommodating. My mother has been there for almost a month now and she told me that she enjoys the food and that the staff are very nice towards her. It wasn't easy trying to decide where to place my mother because we want her to have the best care and we are very happy with our choice!

My mom was in the Glenmoore home and did not have a good experience there. She has since been moved to Pinewood and is having a much better experience and really clicked with her house manager. The staff here have been very accommodating and patient with my mom, they also keep me informed and I really appreciate that. My brother and I are much more relaxed since she has been in her new home with her new house manager, it gives us peace of mind. I am disappointed that I have not heard from the general manager that he hasn't called to check in, but overall I would recommend them. I would just tell others to make sure your loved one can meet the house manager to make sure there is a bond or connection.

The cleanliness was good at this community. I would tell my friends that it would be a great community for their parents. The community was very friendly, and a caring environment for my loved one. My loved one enjoyed the ice cream, and she looked forward to it.

They are taking good with my loved one. They test the residents daily, and is able to watch whenever, and he watches it in the room They get 3 meals everyday, and snacks one time a day. They currently don't have any COVID-19. They wash the residents clothes everyday, and make sure he showers. They are very friendly, and they have staff working in shifts so no staff gets overworked. When my loved one calls he always states he is happy. The cost is approximately $1800/month. They do have a stairclimber for those that have a hard time walking up the stairs. The even have a huge deck on the back of the house. The owner will keep me informed of any changes.

We get great treatment, meals, and the place is always kept clean including my room.

The food is all homemade from scratch. They make special meals for all holidays and birthdays. This home was built for the disabled so all of the restrooms are wheelchair accessible. They decorate the home for all birthdays and holidays. The home is spotless and beautiful. The owner and the house managers are fantastic, caring and attentive. The caregivers are very friendly and attentive. The laundry is done and it is perfect. I have good communication with them and I would recommend this care home.

So far I have no complaints about the care my father has been receiving from this company. The staff are friendly and on time to there appointments. My father also seems to be happy with the caregivers and has enjoyed there company when they come for there visits which is most important. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home health service.

My grandmother is doing well here it seems to be working out well. With her personality, she tends to like being more by herself and not interacting with people. She enjoys her space and sometimes she will go sit on the deck outside and enjoy the fresh air. I like the community it is very nice it's quiet and very clean it has a homey feeling to it. However, I would like the staff to be a little friendlier and a little nicer.

As far as the care services, and the staff members we felt that they didn't have enough eyes to be able to watch all the residents. Our loved ones clothes and shoes got lost. One time when we came to visit we saw another resident wearing our loved one clothes. The food was fine it was cooked good, our loved one had no complaints. The rooms at this community were pretty spacious. However the one issue we did experience is our loved one went into the hospital early March, and Pleasant Garden's accepted our March payment, but they ended up not letting our loved one back into this community once she was released from the hospital. We had to find out from a third party that she was not aloud back in. There was a major lack of communication and no one could give us any answers.

Concerned about one person per 8 people in house. House was clean and staff was friendly.

I toured Pleasant Garden Glenmore during my search for care for my loved one. This facility was terrible. The place was dirty, smelly, and there was a resident yelling and cursing. I decided to continue on with my search.

The Staff are groomed to cater to one woman there and all the others are left unattended mostly. Unprofessional and appears bias in interaction with other minority race.

I LOOKED AT THIS PLACE FOR LOVED ONE..NOWAY I WOULD ALLOW THEM TO LIVE THERE.LYING OWNER ABOUT ACTIVITES,FOOD,CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES.COMPLETE BS WHAT A PLACE FOR MOMS WRITES IN THE PROFILE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
