AssureCare Adult Home, LLC

I am happy with the care at this community for my father. The community is clean and the cooking is home made on everything. They offer activities for the residents that are able to participate. We would recommend this community for the home feeling care and value for a loved one.

Dad is doing very well since moving here. He loves the food to the point where he is actually gaining weight. They keep him clean all the time. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful to my dad and the other residents there. There isn't any sort of rehab, however, the staff gets dad up and walking which he wants to do all the time so they accommodate him which makes him happy. They take him to the park and on the 4th of July they kept him up until 9:30 pm for him to watch the fireworks which he loved. The place is spotless very well maintained.

Things have gone very well so far at Assurance Adult Home! It's a clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very attentive and friendly. They seem to take great care of the residents here! And my loved one has had nothing but good things to say about the food!

I was VERY impressed with this facility. It seems to be a very loving place. I think my mother in-law will thrive in this setting.

We are loving our experience with AssureCare. They are doing a very great with helping us out and accommodating all our needs. The facility is spotless and the staff is just great. We've had a few communication issues with some of the staff but it's okay we are working on that. The staff as well is really patient with my wife which I love. The food is good Susie is a great cook just wish she cooked american food a little better. It does take some time to adjust to the move and the new environment but AssureCare has done a great job helping us out with everything.

We had a great tour experience with AssureCare Adult Home. I was very impressed with the staff and the management. It was not as inclusive as the facility we ended up choosing during the tour. We did not really get to interact with any of the residents. It looked like a great facility though and I think if we chose this adult home it would have worked out just fine.

We visited Assure Care Adult Home at 1102 186th Street Ct E, Spanaway, WA, and met the facility manager; however, he said he did not receive notification that we would be visiting the facility which is completely full. There is no vacancy at this time. He did say that there were other Assure Care facilities in Frederickson, Puyallup and Lakewood. The manager was friendly and accommodating but did not show us around. We were welcomed into the front room where two patients were watching TV. Our overall impression is that the place is clean and well kept based on the entry to the house and the front room.

Rona was very nice. Large home with one resident. It doesn't seem like Rona is there at the home as she works elsewhere. Her brother-in-law and sister and their small son live there and care for the resident. Not a very big yard but a large deck in back. Rugs were quite stained throughout rooms. It sounds like they cook a lot of Philippino food for their meals. I don't think it would be a good match for my mothers care needs.

This company, their website, and this site claim that AssureCare Adult Home is able to serve individuals with dementia, however their home is not adequately staffed or trained to provide compassionate care for individuals of this population. When it was discussed that my relative would be placed here, I was heartened to see a positive review among the limited amount of information available online about AssureCare; I am sure that these reviews are valid, however our family's experience has unfortunately been quite negative.
