Finest living at Arcade is a Godsend for my mom. I could not ask for better care. The staff is excellent! The place is clean and more affordable than others.

We picked this community, because it seemed like it would be a good fit for my loved one. They do very well. My loved one is comfortable and the environment is good. They are attentive. I would recommend to other families.

They do everything well except provide activities for the residents. We picked this community because, of the location, price, nice caregivers and lovely facility. I highly recommend.

My mother was very happy here and was able to go back home. she said she if she had to go back it would be ok. The food was very good and the community communication was very good. I would recommend this community to others

Finest Living at Arcade is a great fit for our loved one at this time of her life. The staff is very friendly and provide the appropriate level of care that she needs. The staff is easy to communicate with, any questions or concerns we have regarding how she is doing. We have not eaten with her but the food looks wonderful and smells delicious. They assist her in her daily routines and make sure she is comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The home is very clean and well-kept. We would recommend this community to others for their care needs.

Finest Living has provided my father who has dementia a safe and caring environment. The owner, Aida Cruz could not be more compassionate. Our family is very fourtunate to have this board and care home on Arcade in Ventura available. I would recommend Finest Living with a big 5 Stars!

I find the staff to be friendly and courteous, and they have always answered my questions well. Nancy seems quite happy and contented there and continues to appear well. Only one negative, I have had difficulty understanding and being understood by some of the staff members due to language.

A lovely large Craftsman home. Nicely landscape with front porch for sitting. Beautiful backyard patio as well. [Name removed] was very pleasant and informative. The staff I met were pleasant and the activity director was working with a couple of patients. The room I saw was very large.

Not a big deal, as they have staff 24 hours to help their patients with their needs. I would reccomend this home.

The staff is friendly and kind, but I haven't observed any activities for the clients yet. The facility is clean and food good. My mom has been in that care home for two and a half weeks now.

The layout is confined and this was the drawback for us. We wanted more of an open layout for our loved one.

Really stinky dirty and grim. I would NEVER place my LO here.
