Where do I begin , [name removed] was the one who got everything taken care of when I was anxious about my husband coming there, she made it easier and less stressful for me because where he was staying was a complete nightmare. The staff was very professional , [name removed] who is with Blue Sky was taking very good care of him, she made sure all of his needs were met as far as helping with getting hospital bed, shower chair etc . I have absolutely no complaints about the staff working there, caregivers were awesome. I came every weekend, the place was clean, and his bedroom was big enough for 2 beds, his roommate was pleasant, and they have a very large dining room, and a big size kitchen , an area to go outside and sit in the sun. Best news to share my husband is home now, after being there for awhile ( believing he might never come home) I could have never done this without their help and support!!!! It was really nice to have my loved one someplace where they cared about him. He's in a different place now that I am not at all happy with in comparison. We had a great experience at Aspen House. The people there were wonderful. I have no complaints. I thought it was a great value - they were a huge help to me.

My mother is living in the Stanford Cottages Senior Living facility for over a month now and is enjoying her move here. [name removed], who oversees the care, is wonderful and is always friendly. She has been excellent follow through and is caring and professional. [name removed], the administrator and [name removed], the business office manager, are both so friendly and do such a great job with the residents. They make all the families that come visit feel welcome. I highly recommend this community as a provider of choice for your loved ones. The activities are endless, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and the residents are truly happy and well taken care of. The staff has done a great job. I can't say how good I sleep knowing my mother is well taken care of at his wonderful community.

I can’t say enough good things about Stanford Cottages! I recently decided my mother would benefit better from living in an assisted living facility than being at home with a health aide. I couldn’t have found a better place than Citrus Gardens. From the moment I walked through the doors to tour the facility, the staff have been nothing but friendly. They have truly went above and beyond to ensure my mother was comfortable and that her transition to their facility was a smooth process. I am actually able to sleep well at night knowing my mom is being given the best care possible. The facility is so clean and they recently remodeled the room my mom is in and she absolutely loves it. They have fun daily activities and keep the residents very entertained through out the day. My mom raves about the delicious meals she eats there. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to place their loved ones in a memory care facility.

I have had a great experience with the staff here at Stanford cottages. I moved my grandmother into this memory care facility. Even through the difficulties of COVID-19 the staff was always giving me updates and ensuring that I was able to face time with my grandmother on a weekly basis. My grandmother has adjusted well and loves her roommates in her cottages, as well as doing the daily activities it has really helped brighten up her spirits.

Stanford Cottages is a great memory center, my mom is a current resident and she receives very good care. The staffs and nurse are not only professional but also very nice and kind, the ED Shannon is so friendly and responsive. So my mom likes staying at Stanford Cottages. It is not easy to find such a good facility especially coronavirus hits the United States. If you are looking for a memory care facility in California, Stanford Cottages is your top choice.

Stanford Cottages Senior Living is a wonderful place for seniors, my dad lost his memory since 2018, I was looking for a memory care facility for him at that moment. After I toured many local facilities in Hemet, Stanford Cottages is the best facility. So I chose it for my dad, as of today I think I made a good decision, my dad receives very good service and care at Stanford Cottages Senior Living.

I am so happy to have found Stanford Cottages. [name removed] and all the staff helped ease my worries and stress when moving my mom into memory care. Stanford Cottages is full of warm, compassionate, and competent caregivers who treat my mom so well. I couldn’t be more pleased with Stanford Cottages and am so grateful that my mom is getting the best care. It is a great memory care facility for whose family members need extra cares and attentions.

The atmosphere is very friendly. The facility smelt clean and residents happy. We were impressed with the staff and tour given.

The care at this community is very good. We like the staff who are always keeping us informed on his care. I like knowing that he is happy with the meals. The activities are offered for him and he likes being out of the community. on the small trips that are available. I like knowing that he is in a safe and nice environment for care. My parents have told me that my grandmother really loves it at Citrus Gardens. I'm going to go and visit my grandmother soon so I can see everything for myself. My parents say that she is receiving good care and that it is easy to talk with the staff regarding my grandmothers care.

We moved our mom to Ridgeview Gardens from another senior living facility, where she had lived for about five years. The other facility was large and as Mom declined in health and abilities we felt she was kind of falling through the cracks there. Ridgeview Gardens is small and more intimate and we feel Mom is getting the personal attention she needs. Though smaller than the other place Ridgeview Gardens still has a comparable roster of activities and the ability to socialize is very important to Mom. We feel like Ridgeview Gardens is a much better fit for Mom now and we are very pleased with the care she is receiving.

The staff at Citrus Gardens Memory Care went beyond regular efforts to help my Sister. Now she is living there and the staff could not be more helpful and accommodating to her needs. Thank You!

Excellent facility and caregivers

Would fit my friends personality, clean, pricing great, staff involved with residents. Residents seemed active, involved and happy.

My wife got a proper tour of this community. The staff were professional and friendly. After seeing what it is like, my wife thought it looked like a nursing home and was not going to be a good fit.

I really like everything about the Alta Ridge, the staff and caregivers are all very accommodating and friendly. They truly care about their residents. My mother was not walking when she went in, and now thanks to the physical therapy, she is walking again. When you walk in, all of the residents look happy! The food is great, my father was a very picky eater and he loved their food, that says a lot.

The staff are friendly they always greet you and they care about the residents. I have not heard any complaints about the food. The community is always clean and I would recommend it.
