I went to visit my friend in the rehab to home at the lodge. I was blown away with the spacious facility. The rooms were clean, nursing staff were so attentive, caring, and professional. I have never seen or talked to such caring medical professionals. On to the therapy, all I can saw is 100% best rehab to home gym I have ever seen. The therapy staff are the most caring for their patients I have ever seen. I met with the Therapy Director, [name removed]. He runs the therapy in both buildings at Sherbrooke Village. He is a patient centered therapist, and instills that into his staff. I also met with a few of the therapists and I received the same professionalism from them as I did from [name removed]. I know my friend is in amazing hands of the therapists and nursing staff. I will be referring this facility to anyone I know that will need rehab or long term care.

Nursing staff is very good with her. She seems to be continent with her surroundings. The place is always in great order. They are willing to help her with her room and her bathing. Staff is always friendly and helpful and seems to be getting great care. They have meals on time daily. Snacks also. They have a calendar with different daily activities. Cost is good compared to the other one she was at.

My loved one was here about a month and received great care. I could always reach them no matter the time.

Moving to assisted living can be a significant transition for a loved one, however, the Forest Hills staff has made my moms move so much easier. She absolutely loves the staff throughout the facility and now calls Forest Hills her home. She has commented on the cleanliness, great food, and friendly staff on several occasions. And, they all know her name, which means alot to her.

My loved one is currently a resident at Forest Hills Assisted Living Retirement and Care Center. Everything at this facility has been great for her so far. The only exception would be the cleanliness, I would say that the cleanliness has been good but not great. The friendliness, staff, meals and value for cost are great. Overall, things have been great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Honestly I would rate them 5 stars in all categories, every time I go to visit mom the staff is very gracious and I believe they know all of the residents by name, I have also taken meals there with mom, and they are excellent!!! Also portions are very generous. The activities are great as well I am very proud and thankful at the care my mom is getting there. I am so glad A Place For Mom organization suggested this facility,

I toured this facility and it was very nice. Too much walking for my loved one, though. So we kept looking. Otherwise, it was nice!

Truly has dependable and compassionate staff, always eager to assist. The dining experience is out of this world with its restaurant style dining. The dietary manager is also the winner of the Oklahoma Assisted Living Associations 2022 Dietary Caregiver Award! Activities are always fun and tailored to residents likes.

My mother was recently put into this nursing home because of her advanced Dementia. At first I was terrified but when I was welcomed by the staff at Oakland Manor I felt so much better about my decision. They were all very attentive to her needs and preferences. The therapy tea m works with her daily to minimize any decline. I am so pleased with the care that my mom receives. The facility is clean and clutter free. The residents all look happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend this nursing home!

Recently my father has been needing more help and we have looked at several assisted living places. We have had such a positive experience in a very difficult time. Thank you Oakland Assisted Living, we look forward to moving forward with you.

My Aunt LOVES it here. Prior to coming to Oakland Heights she was in another AL and didn't really come out of her room or talk to many people. She would even eat with the other residents. Now she has her light back she has all her meals in the dinning room with other patients she has made friends. She the sweet happy lady I grew up knowing. SO glad we chose Oakland Manor Oakland Heights for her.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff we spoke with were nice and answered all our questions, but the community really needs a lot of updating and the outdoor landscaping really needs some help.

Forest Hills assisted living is a wonderful care center, compassionate caring staff, the building is clean, residents are happy and well cared for, I would suggest this care center to family and friends that need a place for their loved ones, either in the independent, assisted living or the memory care.

staff is very attentive to resident wants and needs. as a family member i felt my grandmother was in great hands and never had the ackward situation of not knowing something that may habe happened! syaff did amazing job at making all of us feel like they were part of the family!! I am so happy my grandmother was able to go in peace and very much cared for!!

Genesis is a great place. Very attentive to resident and family wants and needs. They took great care of my grandmother.

I visited [name removed] on [date removed]. It's an older facility but has been updated. It has an extension for nursing home care. It's all inclusive; many different views of wooded areas. Studio apt is $[removed]. Month to month rent; will not kick out when money runs out. To apply, mom must have 2 years of finances to qualify, approx $[removed]. That is only possible IF she can get VA benefits. Extras are phone and laundry.

My dad had his second stay at Sherbrooke Village for rehab. He had his first knee replacement last year, went to Sherbrooke, and did great. When he had to plan for his second knee surgery, there was no doubt where he would go. He got excellent care, and the therapy he received was beyond compare. My family will never go anywhere for rehab besides Sherbrooke.

I had a great experience at Sherbrooke Village. The building and setting is beautiful, and my care was excellent. I went for rehab. I was able to get better and go home.

My mother needed rehab after she broke her hip. She has never been in any kind of nursing facility. She was very scared to go to a "nursing home". Once she got to the Lodge, my mother felt much more comfortable. It doesn't feel like what you think of as a nursing home. It is very nice and inviting. The staff took very good care of Mom and made sure she knew that she was going to get therapy, get better, and go back home. I would recommend Sherbrooke Village to anyone who needs extra help after being in the hospital.

They were recommended by our Orthopedist, which really surprised us. It's old and dingy and has been here forever. They have long term nursing, and assisted living here, and this surprised us. We had no complaints, though. They called the rehab MedBridge. The nursing care she got there was excellent, and she was comfortable there. They were very professional and engaged, and always able to talk to us! Don't be afraid to put your loved ones there. We were pleasantly surprised. They seemed to take a personal interest in their patients.
