5 on all of the above categories, it has been an excellent experience at Optimum Personal Care - Sugar Land. The facility is very clean and the staff is very Godly, which meant a lot to our family. I absolutely recommend this facility to anybody looking for assisted living.

My husband was a patient at OPC and it was the best facility I could have him to be. The owner and staff were very helpful though his stay. The activities for the patients are on point. They made sure he was safe do to his illness. The meals were on point. I could stand in the kitchen while meals were being prepared. My baby daughter would interact with the patients and they just loved her. I would highly recommend this facility.

Optimum is staffed with a compassionate staff and is run by a caring and involved owner. Very clean and home cooked meals that are warm and delicious when delivered. They are simply the best at their job!!

Initially like all new things, there were a few hiccoughs. Once they got to know my father and realized we were very invested in making sure he received the best possible care, we were all on the same page. My father and our family had a wonderful experience there all the way up to his passing in January.

We liked this community for the care for my father. The staff is outstanding. I like that the staff help keeps me informed on his progress. The community is very clean and the environment is outstanding. The staff help keeps the residents active. The menu seems appealing I would highly recommend this community for families wanting an outstanding community for the great care and the value for a loved one

This is a excellent community that offers great care. The meals are very enjoyable and a good variety. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this to others who need good care for loved ones.

I am really happy with them. I would say the cleanliness of the facility, and the personal attention given to the residents, are two things that have really impressed me so far.

They were wonderful for what my dads needs were at the time. The quality of care was fantastic, especially during the day. Sometimes during the night they were short staffed and my dad had some communication issues with them. He had to had a purred diet and staff went above and beyond to make it palatable for him. The administrator here is one of the most dedicated, committed, and caring people that I could imagine in that role. She truly cares about the residents and that spills down into the staff. I could call her every day and she would always take my calls and never rushed me off the phone. She was the most special part about this facility. I would recommend them for an individual who is towards the end of life rather than an individual who is more active.

For the most part, my loved one likes it here! She is adjusting very well, and the staff do what they can to appease her, such as providing special meals for her when she does not particularly care for the food that is being served. I would recommend this facility!

It's a very good community and great value for cost. I would recommend to other families.

I found the administrator, [name removed], to be be very compassionate and communicative. Her heart seemed to truly be in it. She always took my calls and made me feel that she was tuned in to the details of my loved one's unique health situation. Many of the higher level care givers were excellent and went above and beyond. I was not as impressed with some of the overnight and weekend staff. My loved one had special liquid food requirements which was outside of the norm, and they did always try to make his meals as appetizing and varied as possible. The housekeeping seemed pretty good - the facility did not have the distinct bad odor that some others we visited did. The pricing was fixed - we weren't nickel and dimed for every little thing, such as being served meals in-room, or needing a 2 person lift. Most facilities wanted to charge large daily sums for such special requests. This facility was a good fit for my loved one, as he was basically bedridden and not likely to improve health-wise. Many residents are in Memory Care, although my loved one was not. Optimum is in some ways more like a skilled nursing facility based on the health conditions of many of the residents, minus the on-site skilled nursing of course. But they are accustomed to working with residents who are often approaching end of life. This facility might not be the best fit for someone who is still somewhat active and wanting to interact socially with other residents, as so many are either in Memory Care or bedridden. There are some residents who are up and about though and able to take part in the activities.

My dad was a resident at Optimum Personal Care Missouri City. This facility was a great choice for us. It felt homey to me and I feel like the administrators did a good job caring for and about my dad. They knew him personally. I can't rate the activities because my dad was bedridden and didn't participate. There is always room for improvement though, hence my ratings. However, I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone.

They are understaffed, but the staff that they do have is good. Activities are non existent. The food looks good.

We are very please with everything here at Optimum Personal Care. The place is a very nice looking well kept community it is well kept and maintained very well. We have only had one issue with the night staff and they kept coming in late, but they quickly address the issue and fixed it so their responsive time is great with any concerns you have. It is small a community not very big but that give it a more personable setting for the residents. They do offer very good activities and the food has been amazing they have a excellent cook here. I would say this is a great community to move your loved one to they truly care for your loved one like family we very pleased with all that they have done for us.

This is a very small community with only 28 beds. All of the rooms are semi-private and I wouldn't be able to have my parents and their nurse together with someone else in the room. This facility just wasn't going to be able to fit the bill of what they needed. The facility itself is new and looks really good. Since it is a small community, the staff count is lower and the resident count is low. My mother is a very social person and this just wasn't a good layout for her. I would recommend this community under normal circumstances.

I toured this community for the care for my mom. The staff were nice , but the rooms were not what we wanted due to having to share a room. We did like the cleanliness of this commnity. the staff were able to answer the questions we had. It was a big community. the menu seemsed appealing. They do offer activities. Families should tour this community.
