Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

On the day we were supposed to bring Dad to the Bristal Bethpage he fell and hit his head. He ended up in the hospital and then a lengthy re-hab. All the personnel at the Bristal were very helpful and made the transition from re-hab to assisted living seamless. At first when we visited dad he always asked why am I here and when can I go home. After a couple of months he started to feel at home due to the care and kindness of the staff. The quality of the meals was also a big help. Everyone at the Bristal went above and beyond to help him make this transition and our family greatly appreciates it. We have already recommended the Bristal Bethpage to several friends. It is great to know that he is in good hands.

My Dad spent four years at The Bristal of East Northport, NY, living in their memory care section, Reflections. Reflections is aesthetically designed and decorated providing a living environment filled with color, texture, and light. Its immaculate condition offers a healthy, safe and comfortable environment. Staff are well-trained, knowledgeable, patient, and their personal connections with the residents enhances everyone's day-to-day experience. Daily specifically-designed activities are engaging, meaningful, and lively. On-site nurses provide top-notch medical support. [Name removed] is the Executive Director. She and her staff run a well-managed, highly supportive, and responsive facility. At the heart of Reflections is Ms. [name removed], Director. Her skillful oversight and open-door policy, offered an invaluable connection to our family. Bottom line; the last four years of my Dad’s life was significantly better due to The Bristal, its facilities, and its incredible staff.

The Bristal in Massapequa has been absolutely amazing with the care they have shown my Mom. The level of patience and compassion as well as attention and treatment extended has really made a very positive impact, especially since we relocated my Mom from out of state. All the staff but also including [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] have really been on top of my Mom's needs with very individualized care. We feel like my Mom gets extra special treatment, but when visiting the facility we see that others are also treated the same way. Thank you Bristal, we are very thankful and grateful for you!

My mom has been there over 2 years after moving after dad passed andher own unexpected health issues . . She has thrived in her new home , made new friends , has wonderful Caring , kind people assisting her each day and watching our for her…. Our angels . Recreation keeps her laughing and engaged . We have experiencedopen and good communication with so many on the team on many levels and are always welcomed so kindly .

When my 97 year old father fell in July we knew it was time to move him closer to us. My husband I looked at 8 different places. We were looking for the right fit as well keeping within his budget that he saved up for this occasion. We were impressed with the premises and the staff that we met. The rooms were clean and they were spacious. My father is pleased with his room, his meals and the staff in his first week there.

When my MIL was unable to care for herself we had the difficult decision of finding an assisted living home. With stairs not being an option we were unable to have her come live with any of the family members. We toured 2 other assisted living facilities, and then The Bristol at Lake Grove and she instantly loved it. She said it reminded her of a 5 start hotel. As she settled in she enjoyed her meal companions in the dining hall , the movies and playing Bingo. She had her hair done in the salon and knew an aid was just a button away. Sadly just 2 1/2 months after she arrived COVID hit. Though we were unable to visit for several months we spoke often and she always told me how wonderful the staff was and how eager to make her life more comfortable. Sadly mom passed away this past December. The Bristol did everything they could to allow family visits and showed her the upmost compassion. I will always be grateful for the care they gave not only my MIL, but our family.

I'm there visiting often and engaged in my loved one's care. I can't say enough good things about them. I've been very pleased. My loved one is very happy there, and safe. The staff is very attentive. They really try to engage the memory care residents and seem to have a lot going on. I can sleep at night knowing that all is good. This type of care is expensive, but it's priceless knowing my loved one is safe and well cared for. I would definitely recommend them.

THANKYOU to all the staff for making this transition for my mom so seemless. Her room is big and sunny and clean. Everything/everywhere is sooo clean. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and super inviting. After a year of Covid isolation, it is so nice to see my mom smile again.

It is no longer owned by Atria, it is owned by Bristol and that changed happened [date removed]. The facility has been closed for months and it has been strict with the shut down. I have only been into my mothers room 4 times. There are a variety of care services such as doctors on site, medication, etc and I think they do a good with that. There are very few activities provided right now due to covid, but the few times they have been able to open up they have a variety of activities. The housekeeping services here are excellent and in general the facility looks beautiful. It is a smaller facility so it feels lively but does not feel crowded. They have been great with communication and considering covid, they have tried their hardest. I would recommend to others looking.

I am very pleased with what the staff members have done for my dad at The Bristal. He is a big walker and they have been under quarantine, the staff took it upon themselves to still go get him and take him for daily walks. They have gone above and beyond and he is just thrilled with the care he is receiving here as am I. The food is good, the people are phenomenal, and he has made some friends. Overall, we are very happy, it gives me peace of mind knowing he is being well taken care of. They have been great with communication and always call me with any updates. I cannot say enough good things about the facility.

After selling the home she lived in for over 60 years, my mom moved into a beautiful apartment While there she became unhappy and lonely, and after giving up her license and car, felt isolated. We heard about a new assisted living facility opening in Sayville and were hopeful that this was the answer. It took some convincing, but she agreed to the move. She was one of the first residents! She made friends and started to socialize and to really enjoy her life. Its been over 6 years and I feel The Bristal has extended her life. She'll be 95 in two weeks. Thank you to the Bristal staff!

the community is very good. They have great communication, and the community is very safe. there is nothing that I don't like in this community. I would recommend this community to others

When we are there we know the care services are good, and the cleanliness of the community stood out to us. Visually it is a nice place to bring your loved one, and it has a certain feel that it resembles an own living space, it is not run down and the staff could not be nicer.

The Bristal at Lake Road is really amazing. My father recently moved in from another facility and the difference is striking with the Bristal being far superior. Everyone at the facility that I’ve interacted with has been great . moving in the middle of Covid was challenging but the high level of communication and transparency of the staff to the family has been remarkable. My dad is very happy here and shares how pleased he is with his interaction with those caring for him. Choosing an assisted living facility is difficult I am grateful we found the Bristal at Lake Grove. I highly, highly recommend.

The Bristal is great! My uncle is in their memory care unit. The care here is great, and they know the residents. The staff is very easy to communicate with. The community has allowed virtual visits for the residents and their loved ones. The food is good.

I would recommend this community. I think this community is beautiful, clean, well maintained. The food is ok, and they have changed Chefs since my loved one has been there. If you have to live in a community with a loved one then this is the place to be. My loved one has been able to make friends and this allows her to talk to people. This is a plus over having someone come in to the home.

The Bristal in Englewood As a Daughter who realized that her Parents needed a Safe,Friendly,Active Community.I couldn"t be more grateful for the Bristal in Englewood,NJ Tiffany and her WHOLE Staff,are wonderful caring and attentive . Both my Parents are so happy in their new community. Both my Parents have met so many new friends and the staff have become family. Speaking as a devoted Daughter,I Couldn't be more Pleased . We chose this community because of the availability, cost and location. The food is good, they have a diverse menu. The room sizes are very appropriate and comfortable. Our favorite part about this facility is the peace of mind that we get. They have a confident staff and it is safe and clean. They are also very good with communication and reach out when needed. I would recommend Bristal At East Meadow to a friend or family member.

We chose this community because of the cleanliness, location, and the activities that are provided for the residents. Some of the activities include interactive games, entertainment, and they also take them on outings. Some of these outings include local theaters, shopping, and the aquarium. The food was fine, the servings were small. The room sizes are fine, but they do not like them being in their rooms a lot. I would recommend this facility.
