My loved one is a resident at Westwood Inn and we're very happy with this facility. We were fortunate to find a great place so close to family. We stopped looking at other facilities about an hour after our tour of Westwood Inn. We went back, got mom, and signed her up at Westwood that day. We took their last open apartment.

They are doing a really great job. The staff is very friendly, and nice. The care services is good. The interaction with the staff is wonderful. My loved one likes the food. My loved one likes going to the church services, and enjoys the weekly entertainment singers. The value for the money is worth it. I would recommend to other families, and would live there myself.

They were very good. There was no complaints about the food, it was good. We picked this community because of the staff, cleanliness, location. and the community overall. Everything was great. I would recommend to other families.

The staff needs improvement. Constantly telling my mom that they are short staffed. She does like being with other people her age and has made some friends.

This has been a good experience for my loved one and family. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in daily. The staff communication with the family is very good when we have questions. The cost is all inclusive and the value may be better for the residents that need more assistance.

Per all of my ratings above. The staff are very friendly. There are lots of activities and opportunities for the residents to get involved. The apartment is the perfect size. Overall it's a really nice, comfortable atmosphere.

I think it was a beautiful and clean facility. Everyone was super friendly. It was also very spacious for the residents to be able to roam around. Everything was wonderful about it. The only thing is that I knew they were not prepared for my father in law. They said they were but they were not so that was misleading. But overall I do think it is a wonderful place otherwise, especially for the right person.

We love Westwood Inn! They're very friendly and helpful. I think my mother is being well cared for. And it's a beautiful, very clean facility.

I would rate them all a 5, staff possibly a 4, but that is a wide range, as staff includes administrative, caregivers, etc. once in awhile, there has been a small incidence with getting meds reordered, but the head nurse took over and took care of it. For the most part, it has been a good experience and my father-in-law is a difficult person. The head nurse is always available, we can text her anytime with questions and she will reply immediately even if it is her day off. There are under staffing issues from time to time, but I imagine that is the case everywhere. Overall, this was a good choice for us. They are very attentive and take very good care of their residents. They offer a wide range of activities.

The staff members there were extremely friendly and really treated my father as one of their own, we had a very pleasant experience. They did have a lot of activities to offer and the meals were phenomenal. This is the best community in terms of value with everything that is included, the staff members were always very accommodating and attentive to any questions that we had.

My mom has been at My Doctors Inn for 4 years and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff has been wonderful especially during this pandemic. They have gone over and above to keep my mom happy, engaged, and safe. My mom thinks of My Doctors Inn as home. She loves her apartment and the meals. The facility is always clean and well organized. The staff is receptive to my mom’s needs. I am thankful every day that I found this place and highly recommend it.

My mother has been a resident of My Doctor's Inn for the past 2 and 1/2 years. She has gotten excellent care. The staff is friendly. The facility has provided socialization and staff that engage the residents with activities. The facility appears clean. The pricing is very reasonable for the services provided. The food menu appears varied and nutritious. There are nurses on staff and nurse's aides. I no longer have to worry about my mother taking her medication. The facility has always promoted visitation by family and friends, whenever possible. There has always been good communication between myself and management.

We looked for an assisted-living facility after our mother started experiencing memory-related issues at her independent-living apartment. My Doctor's Inn has been wonderful for her, particularly the life enrichment activities. The facility is beautiful. She enjoys the meals and her private apartment is clean and bright. Recommended

We were very impressed with My Doctor's Inn, and if our mother's circumstances hadn't changed suddenly, she would be a new resident there. The rooms are nice and spacious, everything is well kept, and it's clear that the current Assisted Living residents enjoy being there. We were especially impressed with their ability to accommodate our mother's smoking habit. There's no smoking in the rooms, of course, but they have an area outside on the grounds where people can smoke. I also liked their approach to outside shopping trips. They don't just have a driver, like so many other facilities. Each shopping trip is chaperoned by a senior staff member, who can help assure that the proper items are being purchased. Overall, we'd highly recommend My Doctor's Inn. And who knows? If Mom's situation changes again, we may see you there.

Lovely assisted living facility. Assisted living has many amenities--library, kids playroom for grandchildren,beauty shop, sunny cafe like atrium great food. The doctors and nurses on staff a valuable asset and provide "peace of mind" for families. Staff all seemed happy and were friendly.

My loved one was only here for a few weeks, but I thought My Doctor's Inn did an excellent job during his brief stay. The people were friendly, and they kept him very comfortable.

Our experience with Mr Doctor's Inn was only a brief one, but I thought they did an excellent job! The staff here is friendly, caring, and professional, and they do a great job looking after the residents. Unfortunately it turned out they were able to provide the level of care my loved one required, but they really went above and beyond keeping her comfortable while we searched for a more suitable facility.

My Doctors Inn is a care facility that Care is what it is all about. Every detail is taken care of from cleanliness to friendliness to meals to staff all is 1st class. you can see this is not just a job for the staff there.The administration was very straight with me it wasn`t a sell job or a pressure situation which turned me off at other communities,there was a genuine side to everyone i met and my mother seems to be thriving there even on bad days ,it is much much better than anything i could do. When even chefs and cooks come out of dinning room and introduce themselves to you there is a degree of caring there that i believe will make my mothers time there positive and productive. MY doctors Inn a wonderful place for MY MOM!!

I think they are okay. It works for my mom. The food is okay. The room sizes and the layout is acceptable. I don't think the bifold doors are easy for seniors to use. They do have an outdoor patio I am not sure how often it is used.
