We are located in a very quiet neighborhood. Home is very accommodating with our residents needs. All Neighbors always like to help maintain the street and houses looking at their best. Very easy to stay outside and enjoying the clean air.

Spoke to Nurys (Nureez). Very hard to understand - broken Spanish. 3 properties. 2 in Rockville - one on Bauer Drive being remodeled. One in SS in addition to the Brad Court. 'most important is keeping residents healthy'. Uses Foer's but also family can bring meds - seems strange to me - what about State requirements?? Can do 'senior day care' for activities. Brings in church on Sunday's. Diff levels of care - $70-$120 daily. Variety of single/shared rooms. One available now in SS. Brad Ct filled. Bauer Driver to be completely in approx. 3 months. SS holds 8; Brad Ct holds 8; Bauer Drive will hold 5/6.
