We always felt comfortable and the caregivers genuinely cared. The administrator was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I've met at a facility (home) like that. Even though my dad was only there for three weeks, I miss them.

Mom was very happy there. The staff treated her with such kindness. The fact that there were only 5 people in the home mom got a lot of attention. St.Francis get a 5 Star rating from me. And Place for mom was absolutely a great helping in locating St.Francis.

The place is nice all in all, nice clean house, hard working manager and nice staff usually. Most people are not very mobile.

All I can say it that Mom is happy. They exercise once a week and also arts & crafts. She gets along with the other ladies. So far so good.So far it's excellent

I picked this community because I liked the city, along with the nice home environment and the staff. It was also, affordable for my loved one. It is a nice place for your loved one to live. The staff is nice, friendly and attentive.

They are very caring and if your loved one is in need of much physical assistance, this is the place.

I spent 9 months with [name removed][ and [name removed] while I recovered from a broken bone. They were kind and loving. By the end of my time with them I felt like family. They were always attentive to all my needs, and [name removed] cooking was healthy and delicious.

I really like [name removed]home and feel this is the best place for my mom. I have let him know and started the process of getting my mom there.

I can't say enough good about [names removed]. Truly loving people.

Our father has been at Kamstra Care Home for a year, we are very satisfied with his care. He is always clean, well fed and made to feel comfortable. The staff work hard to provide a safe warm living space. I would recommend this facility to other families.

My loved one (my mother) was placed at this assisted living facility (St. Francis) in Cypress, CA and lived there for two years. The staff was exceptional and met every one of her needs. The administrator, [name removed] was very much involved with our family and was responsive to our concerns. [name removed] took care of the medication and hygien supplies for my mother. That took a lot of stress off our hands. The staff is fully trained and are up to date with Alzheimer's/Dementia/ First Aid, etc. courses. The facility is always clean and very much welcoming to the resident's families. For every holiday and residents birthdays, the staff has celebratory bbq's/birthday celebrations. The facility has an activity person does activities with the residence. I rate this facility beyon great because it met my mother's needs. Our family was pleased with my mother's care at St. Francis Home for the elderly. :)

The home is beautiful. The owner is very nice and personable. Would love for my dad to be homed there but unfortunately it is over our budget.

We were happy with the care that we received from this community. The staff was helpful and caring about our needs. The meals were appealing. They do offer activities for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the care of this community to others.

This is a great place. Nice quiet neighborhood, very clean. Most important is the caring attitude of everyone involved. They take the needs of the residents very seriously and really try to accommodate. I've been very happy with the level of care and personal attention. They also keep me very informed of any issue that arises so we can work as a team to resolve.

Very nice! And it's very close. It's expensive but it's all expensive. It's about $4000 a month so it's expensive but it's all inclusive. They do have activities but unfortunately there are 6 people there and none of them are very talkative. My mom has improved a lot there. I go there everyday at different times and everything is always good.

Toured today. Loved it but bathroom is shared btwn 4 people. Shared room has private bath.

Everything has gone very well for my mom. She moved in and did not have any problems. They really take good care of her. She is very relaxed and seems better than before. We have not had any problems with the caregivers.

Got a call to confirm. (only one so far who called after I made an appointment.) Talked about Mom before I got there, so we aren't starting at page one. co-ed. 2 baths. $3800-4000 depending on if incontinent. Caregivers have good English. There's a small dog. Nice patio/back yard. Citrus trees. Small veggie garden. Caregiver cooks--was cutting up cabbage for cole slaw--family type food rather than institutional. Residents were watching TV (all these facilities have a row of recliners where people sit) or napping when I was there. Caregivers interact with them. They occasionally do some sort of craft. Baby monitors in rooms so caregivers can hear them at night. A sloped porch at entry. She could have a TV in her room, but the one she has now would be too big. Basic 10x10 room. Has a twin bed and a chest of drawers. Can bring her stuff if we want. I would find this acceptable. Maybe not completely optimal, but it's a good place.
