Elite Manor

I think the staff really care and do the best that they can. The transition for the patient/family member into a care home is a big one because they are usually being taken out of their homes and into a new location. This can be hard and it will not be the same as what they are used to. It can be an emotional roller coaster, especially if an individual previously lived independently. This is just part of the process and it is important to understand that and have compassion for this experience. There will be ups and downs.

Our family greatly appreciated the loving care our mother received at Greenpark Manor. Mom had Alzheimer's and the staff became her second family as well as ours. We were at Greenpark several times a week and via FaceTime during Covid. We could see how well Mom was cared for and how well she interacted with her caregivers and the owner [name removed].

We were extremely happy with the care our mother was given. And I recommend it to my friends who ask. The caregivers are extremely kind and treated our mother as if she was theirs. I loved that we celebrated holidays all together with the other patients families. It was like one big family. They had entertainment on Christmas with everyone singing carols. The staff just went out of their way to make our mother comfortable.

Impressive. Very clean and efficiently laid out. [Name removed] explained that many residents had lived there for several years, one as long as eleven. The room that is available is beautifully furnished and sunny, with a slider door to an outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and busy in the kitchen and with residents.

I'm very happy with the care my mother is getting. Her caregivers treat her as if she was their mother. The quality of meals they serve her are excellent!

Wonderful around the clock care with details to our father's needs. He was always clean and well fed. He never complained and appeared to be happy! Elite Manor San Dimas From my first meeting with [Removed] to moms very last day. This staff is honestly the very best. They worked with my wife and I and our monthly budget. Staff is very attentive. I can't thank you enough [Removed]. I will gladly recommend you as an RCFE anytime.

My mom is staying at this community and it has been going great. The staff are great and respectful. I get daily reports from the owners and speak with them daily and they are very caring. This is the cleanest place I have ever seen. My mom is liking her food and eats okay. I highly recommend them.

We had to move my loved one here in a crisis, and they were extraordinarily helpful in facilitating the transfer and supporting us through the whole process. They do a great job with the care here, and I know that my loved one is safe and happy.

This home is more of a memory care residential home. The owners are just wonderful. They are very accommodating and really bend over backwards to help. It is very clean and everyone is just so friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great interaction with Mildred. Encouraged two bed room for better socialization and cost. Wide open bathroom and doorways. Alarms and rails for safety. My first choice.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with Elite Manor. I would recommend you check the license status and past inspections notes online as part of your search for a community for your loved one. Overall, I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The staff here is excellent. There were just a few things that needed to happen and we addressed it. This is a smaller home so it stays clean. The food is home cooked and appetizing. They will do exercises with the residents. The owner is very proactive which I like. I would recommend this to my friends.

I went to go on the tour and unfortunately was unable to have a guide. Not due to anyone's fault, but I did take the tour on my own. The staff and the community were nice. Everything as far as I could see was clean and neat.

I met with Gladys [removed] and we had a very good talk. I found her very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with her. Positives: Good location. Clean and well-maintained house - both inside and out. The room is shared but there is a large bathroom within the room. The residents who were there seemed happy there. Negatives: Price is a little high for a shared room.

They are really clean and very friendly. They have been really good. The only thing I've heard about the food is, that they only eat chicken. I chose it because, I really liked the overall cleanliness of the house and the friendliness of the staff. It seemed like a really good fit. We are really happy there.
