Encore Communities

So glad we were given this facility to check out for our step mother. They assured us she would work out here. She had received excellent assistance and encouragement. It is a gem in our community and the cost is very reasonable. More people should check into this nice facility.

It's clean and friendly and feels safe for my mom. I especially like that as her needs progress, she doesn't have to change rooms. If she has to switch to medicaid, she can continue to live in that room.

We had a great tour experience at The Ridge. The main reason we did not choose this facility was because it did not have as much natural light as some others that we were looking at. It also just did not feel right to us.

My mother's stay with Heritage has been nothing short of a miracle. She is happy and secure in the routine and sincere kindness in all staff. Thank you Heritage for being available!

This is an excellent environment. They are enthusiastic here. I believe this is a nice place for my elderly loved ones. My loved ones call it a resort. The staff are eager to help and quick to respond to questions or concerns the family has about our loved ones. The medication management is a care type for my loved ones are receiving, (if they are community is busy or you need to pick up your loved one for an appointment, the community won't give the medication to your loved one at the specified time).

Our mother has been at The Ridge since 2018. The Ridge is a warm, friendly, caring and professional place in our experience. The communication is great. The people there genuinely care about our loved ones. Since Covid began, they have been on top of all of the Covid guidelines keeping her safe through this difficult time. We look forward to being able to partake in the activities they for her, and other residents(concerts, holiday celebrations, pet visits, games and etc.) Hopefully soon.

The staff members at Heritage Place are very friendly and really do their best to make you feel at home. However, due to the covid restrictions still there aren't to many activities going on for the residents.

I found the place appealing and the staff watchful and warm. While the place is over an hour each way, I do not feel it a detriment. I would consider this place as a strongly favorable choice. [Name removed] was direct in her approach and clear in her answers. I particularly liked the design and layout of the rooms.

I cannot say enough good things about this community. The food is good and they keep the community clean. The grounds are well maintained. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

Both of my parents lived at Regent Court until the day they passed. The whole staff treated my parents with great care and compassion- for which I am incredibly grateful. So much so that I still go by to visit residents and the caregivers. I recommend this place as they are professional and work to provide the utmost care for each resident- I have witnessed this over and over. Also if I ever had concerns, I was able to talk with the nurses and they helped me to understand what was happening and find ways to help. In other words, I simply cannot say enough about a place that cared for my parents, but in so many ways also cared for me. Good job Regent Court!!!!

Regent Court was so impressive. I felt so welcomed when I went for my tour. They are all so dear, their staff was so kind and compassionate. I saw them treat their residents with love and respect. They have an excellent reputation and I wouldn't hesitate to have had my dad live there. I met their management and they all had their hearts in the right place. Their building is beautiful and they are truly engaged in their residents' daily lives. I even met their management who seemed to be truly dedicated to the cause.

The most awesome place. It is a very nice place. I have looked and toured many places and out of all of them this is the most immaculate place ever. It doesn't smell or have an odor. They truly attend to their residents. When you walk in the front lobby it looks like an Italian plaza, They have a candy shop and a barber shop. The people there are so friendly and the on staff nurse is awesome. They keep in touch with me with everything that goes on with my father.

Regent Court is a great place. I have a long time friend who is now there and the place is just absolutely lovely. The staff are very helpful and attentive to all who are there. The family seems to be quite pleased with the place. I know that all the residents there are being well cared for which i would imagine is not an easy job to do. Blessings to each and every one of the staff.

I have been visiting Regent Court for quite some time now. Each time I come into the community, I am always greeted by happy, smiling, and cheerful staff. They recognize who I am and always ask if I need anything and point me in the right direction. The staff currently working there are wonderful. Even under stressful times (when there is a lot going on at once) they always have a smile on their face and will stop and take the time to talk with me. The way they interact with my loved one is just what I expect. I have come around the corner and observed without anyone knowing and have always seen loving and caring interactions.

Taking care of my loved one really good. It is a clean facility and really maintained and awesome feeling. I dont have any complaints so far. If my loved one need something or if I have a question there right their to answer them and fix whatever is going on.

I am very pleased with the level of care that my mom receives here. I find the staff to be very committed to the best care for their residents. I have also found them to be very responsive to meeting our requests regarding her care.

An impressive facility in every way. My relative has been well taken care by well trained staff. The nurse has been there a long time and is excellent. My relative's doctor visits them every other month and has nothing but good things to say about their treatment and care. Couldn't ask for better!

So far so good....my husband has only been there 2 weeks and so far is doing very well. I love the facility for him. The only problem i am having is loosing some of his items. Certainly not a deal breaker, he seems happy and stimulated.

I have had some degree of experience with different communities both in Washington and California (my mom, my wife's mom). The Ridge is by far the best, particularly in friendliness, value and care. The turnover is very small, the training is very good and the nursing staff could not be better.

We recently moved my Mom from an appartment near Seattle to Clearbrook Inn to take advantage of the Assisted living. We are finding the quality of care exceptional with a broad base of activities provided.
