My loved one was a resident at Tealridge, it's a great community!

Everything is great.I have no complaints about this place. I would recommend to others.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Tealridge Retirement Community we can say the staff members are outstanding. Everyone there is extremely kind, respectful, supportive, and patient. We have been very happy with the Tealridge community. They are the best. Our loved one just moved in recently and we would recommend this community to other families

Staff at Tealridge have been friendly, helpful and professional. We were taken on a tour initially of the building to see the one bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments and amenities. My husband and I chose to live in the one bedroom apartment and it works very well for us, although they could be bigger.

All 5 stars. The staff here are very friendly, they showed [name removed] three rooms to choose from. [name removed] chose the smaller size because he felt more comfortable there. So size was not an issue for him at all. My loved one really enjoys the fitness equipment that they have on site like the treadmill and also the bicycles.

What really stood out to us and what we really like the most is the friendliness of the other residents. The quality of the meals is really good but the dining service itself has had some issues. We do think it is because of the staffing struggles but sometimes our loved one has to wait quite a long time to be served. We would recommend this community to other families, on one condition - the bathrooms in the apartments will not fit regular sized walkers so we want to caution that.

Everything about this community right when you walk in past the front desk we really enjoy and the value for the money is right in line with everyone else in the area. On the memory care side the activities are a little more limited but based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Tealridge Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families.

The staff members at Tealridge Retirement Community actually genuinely care for their residents. They know them all by first name and are always saying hello. Our loved one was having some health issues a few times during the night that we did not know of and the staff were right on top of it they called the ambulance a few times, called us to keep us updated and stayed with him throughout the entire process. Our loved one is not a big joiner when it comes to the activities but he likes going down to the men's coffee. The communication overall is just great and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families.

Everybody there is very warm and inviting, the entire atmosphere of the community is warm. The staff members go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable and have been very accommodating.

It's a very loving community to live in. The whole atmosphere of the place is very loving and accepting and comforting. My apartment is fine and meets my needs, and they come in and clean it once a week. The staff are wonderful. They're very caring. Every one of them is loving an supporting.

Tealridge has been great for my mom. It is more independent so she has more freedom here. We chose this facility because it was just across the street from Tealridge assisted living which is where they were previously. Within the first day of being here my mom made friends, it is the friendliest bunch of people I have ever met. They have tons of things to do, my mom is in a knitting club, choir, etc. so they are very active. My mom is very happy here.

We chose Tealridge Assisted Living because of the location of the facility, he used to work in the area so he knew the area well. Also a selling point was that my mother wanted a big closet and they had that here. The apartment sizes here were adequate for what they needed. The staff members were very friendly here and everything was great. I would recommend them to others looking

We chose Tealridge Retirement Community because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members. They listened to me, they worked through my questions and concerns, and they went out of their way to make the transition very easy for our family. They have been extremely responsive, especially during the move in process. Considering the pandemic they are doing their absolute best to keep their residents safe. It is a great value for the money, especially for the area that it is in. I would highly recommend and already have.

I can't say enough good things about Tealridge Assisted Living. We moved my husband's parents into an apartment in March 2016 after three other facilities were so bad we had no other choice. From Day 1 we knew Tealridge was different and every day since then we've been thankful that we finally found the place they could be happy. They have grown to love the staff at Tealridge, and it's not hard to see why. My husband's mother passed away early in 2017 but the staff helped us move his father to a single room down the hall so he could keep all his furniture and the friends he's come to know and love the past four years. As with any seniors, there may be days that Dad isn't too enthusiastic about what's for lunch on the menu, but there are always other options available such as a hamburger, salad or sandwich, so he always has something he wants to eat. More often than not, he goes on and on about how good the food is when he has one of his favorite meals. The friends he's made there are some of the closest he's ever had, and include several members of the staff, who bend over backward to make sure he's happy, and he always knows he's loved. If I could change anything at all, the only thing I would change is to go back in time and move them into Tealridge the first time, to avoid the other horrible places they had to live in. Tealridge is hands down the #1 assisted living facility in the OKC area.

Thanks for taking care of mom during the last few weeks of her life. The attendants were sweet and helpful and the management staff did whatever they could to make her (and our) time there special. Bittersweet memories.

I like the care from this community. We like the staff who are very caring. The community is clean and I like knowing that she is happy with the variety of meals. The staff has her participating and she likes staying active. The community is close to my home. We have been more than pleased with the care and the outstanding value. Families are recommended to see this community for the care of a loved one.

My parents are doing okay since their move, they are still adjusting. They have totally encouraged them to get out and participate in the activities. It has been nice that they are trying to encourage them. The only complaint they have so far is with the food. They were used to eating certain things that are not offered here. The facility is very clean and we are happy with our choice so far.

My loved one lived here for a time in their independent living apartments. Overall we were very pleased with Tealridge, it was a pleasant place and the staff and residents were all friendly. Eventually my loved one needed assisted living, and there were no openings in their assisted care community, so we had to locate other options. We would have loved for her to be able to stay here, however!

It's been really quiet, and it feels like home. Both the residents and the staff are very friendly. The staff are really nice. The food is not warm enough, and it's the same thing over and over each month. We tell them we like something, and it feels like they don't cook it again. As far as activities, I enjoy bingo and rummikub, and there are other options if you want to participate.

My father and his wife loved it, I couldn't speak highly enough. It was a wonderful facility and I would recommend it to everyone. They handled everything, you just had to be mobile enough to get down to the dining room and he was able to sit wherever he wanted to talk and meet people. They were a lovely support group, really like a family and I was just really sad that they had to move out. They were always questioning, wanting to know if things were beign done, they know what they're doing and I think they're really good on who they hire. They did bingo and they had the ability to go to events at the OC campus and the bus would take them over to events they had going on there. We did try in home care for a week but I didn't think that was going to work for what he needed.
