They have gone above and beyond for my mom. They get her up everyday and take her around the facility and get her out and about. She is so much happier here than she was at her previous facility. She is in much better care and they are doing everything they said they would do when we signed up. I would highly recommend.

This review is for the Renown Care located at 7010 Jackson Dr., San Diego, CA 92119: This location was recommended by a friend whose father stayed there. I am so glad she told me about them because I couldn't be happier. I moved my mom there 2 weeks ago and she has settled in nicely and they take wonderful care of her. She needs assistance with everything and that is not a problem at all. The place is spotlessly clean and they offer the residents showers every day or every other day depending on what the resident desires. Food is freshly made for all meals and they make sure residents are helped with eating if need be and offer water bottles regularly for hydration. It is calm and quiet and I would recommend Renown Care without reservation.

They were very helpful, and have always been quick to respond to our needs. The staff there is very well qualified and extremely friendly. I am 100% satisfied with Hawkins Suite. The only thing I can think of where they could even possibly improve would be to have a little bit better communication and tight relationship with the mobile doctors.

The staff at Hawkins is amazing! My mom had dementia and was difficult to handle and the loving caregivers not only got her to eat (the food is delicious) but they also got her to participate in exercise and activities. When she became bedridden they were very attentive and she was always clean and seemed happy. Thank you Hawkins for taking such great care of my mom! I will always be indebted to you for your kindness.

After A Place for Mom recommended it we visited the community and were really impressed. Hawkins Suite is just a gorgeous place. Everyone has their own room and can bring their own stuff. The community is very bright and has plenty of nature around it. The staff is helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with them and would highly recommend it to anyone.

owner is very nice, knowledgeable. She seemed to really love her residents. They have 24 hour care, all night nurse/not sleeping.

very nice feel. lovely backyard. pleasant color coded rooms. nice common area. no dining table? good open shower. only 2 BA? Michelle is very nice. however VERY new to industry. 'training'. only have 2 caregivers during 'peak' hours of need. (7-11 am & 5-7pm) expect presence of michelle or 'family' covers them on weekend. ? a concern.

Wonderful set-up. Family activities.....birthday parties, christmas parties. Transportation to doctor. Doctor comes to house too. Good Fit if Board and Care is the way to go.

My wife was there and the place is terrible, staff is inexperienced and the food was inedible. Stay away from Hawkins Suite I would not recommend Hawkins Suite and now have my wife at home.
