La Costa Heights Living Care

I work for a home health agency and visits multiple facilities around the area. This Assisted Living Facility deserves a 5 star review due to the cleanliness of the house, condition of their clients, the food they serve and how well they organize their equipments, personal supplies and food. The very first time I entered their house, the smell of the inside is like a hotel. No smell of urine or feces. They treat their clients with respect and dignity when they assisted me during my assessment. The staff and the owner is very friendly. This place is highly recommended.

The community is very nice. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful towards the family and residents. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The care they provide is amazing for my loved one. The community asked for what my loved one enjoys to eat, and they try to fulfill the requests for the residents meals. This a smaller community with approximately 5 residents, and a home like setting.

The value of this facility is similar to other facilities, You get meals cooked for you and they offered great care to my dad. If you're looking for on one care and a homey feeling this is the place. The communication was very, I would recommend this facility

High and bright . Seems like a possibility

We visited a couple of bigger facilities and we chose La Costa Heights because of the degree of care they were able to provide to my mother. We gained a sense that these private homes were better for more private care which is what she needed. The staff members communication was really good, they called us a lot and always kept us informed. All in all, we felt comfortable with this facility and my mom was happy here. I would absolutely recommend it and already have.

Home was clean, smaller then the others, Single room flat fee. Dog outside, smell of pine-sole. location was a big plus. Returning again for a second visit.

Unappealing place. Shared bedroom had tiny space with lumpy bed up against the wall. Two caretakers had minimal English and seemed like they were not very energetic or engaging. All very depressing.
