Oasis at Dodge Park

My loved one was a resident at Dodge Park Rest Home and the overall experience was great for her at this facility. My experience with Dodge Park Rest Home was that they were a very reliable and honest company.

Oasis is the best! Our loved one was in a total of four facilities before we found Oasis. It has the best of rooms, best of food and the best caring staff. They provide a supportive, loving family environment.

My mother in law is doing very well at Dodge Park. She is getting excellent care there. Dodge Park is truly an amazing place. the facility is very welcoming and inviting. They keep the facility clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable and care about their patients. It's comforting to know your loved one is well taken care of. It's a wonderful place.

The dictionary does not have enough wonderful words to express the care & consideration that the "Oasis" provided for my husband. There is no other place that can compare with the "Oasis and it's staff. My husband was treated like he was the staff's family member with love and gentle care. Accolades to all.

One or both of the owners are there every day and one time when I was there I heard on the loudspeaker they were trying to locate one of the partners and they found out he was feeding one of the residents. The oasis facility was built in 2016-2017 and it's very spacious, very low noise and it's very clean. The food is very good. The staff are very friendly and kind and the head nurse follows up on any concern you have about your loved one 's care. My wife is now in hospice care, and the outside hospice agency has been working with these two owners for maybe 15 years with their older facility as well and representatives from the agency told me that don't worry this is one of the top places in the area for your wife to be at we have worked very well with the staff here and we rarely find any problems. The two owners are very approachable and will meet with you in person. if there is some concern that you have about your loved one. When I talk to people about The Oasis, I say oh I've heard that is a fabulous facility and they base that comment on either a friend that they know that became a resident there or a family member. Oasis has had consistently high ratings over the years on the care websites. I have no hesitation about giving them the highest recommendation for someone to place their loved one there.

To everyone reading this memo I am filled with so much Joy at the amazing love and kindness and support my husband is receiving at this most difficult time in our 45 years of marriage! He is approaching the end of his life and because of Oasis loving staff and management he is calm and rests comfortably! Snacks delivered to help with families needs! This is A HOME THE VERY BEST. We wanted to write this letter to thank you and all your staff at Dodge Park Rest Home for the excellent care given to Uncle [name removed] and Aunt [name removed]. We have been to many places of rehab and nursing with them, but none comes close to the care at Dodge Park. [name removed] is a great receptionist / Covid tester / visit scheduler / and incredible go between for visitors and residents. She makes the strict visit process easy. [name removed] was always available for a phone call or question. She coordinated the many needs of their care and made it happen. [name removed] and all the many others at Dodge Park treated and cared for [names removed] very well when we made visits to see them. The facility was always clean. There was always someone just around the corner to help and care for them. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you!

The oasis has the most special people with care, compassion, and love for each patient. Could not ask for a more high quality place than the oasis.I heard the name mentioned at our support group. My son and I checked it out and it was spectacular. No doubt in my mind that that's where my husband should be.

The facility does deliver the best possible care. Very impress with owners, management and staff. All the promises are met and mom having a good time. The facility is very clean and offer activities 7 days a week. Each time I walk in, i do see a new activity going on

The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their patients. It's a great atmosphere and a very welcoming environment. They take good care of my mother- in -law. We are very thankful for them. The room sizes in memory care are great as are all of the amenities that are provided to the residents.

My mother has been at Dodge Park for 6+ months. She has settled in well and continues to thrive under the leadership of [name removed] and [name removed]. They truly offer a "home" for their residents. There is no place that compares.

The owners are very accessible and hands-on so you can tell they require high standards for their staff and facility. Everyone is very easy to communicate with in person or via email. My friend always looked clean and well cared for. Super pleased with everything!

My family and I are very thankful for the excellent care that my father received. We believe that Dodge park- Oasis is an excellent facility with staff that has exceeded our expectations. My search for a facility to care for my mother who has dementia was one that had me visit several places. Some were beautiful, some not so clean and some that had no time for me or my inquiries. Dodge Park Rest Home was a place that made me feel at home the first time I visited. The facility was clean as a whistle, the residents were all involved in a morning activity. Activities such as bingo, word games, exercise, holiday and birthday celebrations take place every day. The staff was so friendly. I knew that this was the place for Mom. She has been a resident almost 6 years now and I can honestly say that I have peace of mind knowing Mom is well cared for by people who truly treat their residents and their families like their own. The food is delicious. The activities go from morning to night. Always something to do. I am so thankful for everything they do for all of us. Dodge Park and Oasis at Dodge Park are too notch!

They seem to be very cautious and conscientious through all of the covid stuff. They are still testing whenever I go in to visit and are very proactive so they keep the residents safe. My friend always appears to be very clean and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Dodge Park Rest Home for others looking for memory care.

My brother was admitted to Dodge Park Rest Home this past March. Moving him into a home from out of state was very difficult. Initially we had placed him in an assisted living home. There was basically no care for dealing with dimentia. After calling "A Place for Mom" the knowledgable representative was kind, informed, patient and directed my siblings and I to Dodge Park. In the six months he has been living at Dodge Park, I have visited him once a week. My brother is cared for by lovely , nurturing attendants from the caregivers in the visitation room, the professional nursing staff, and all the administrators know my brother and treat him with dignity. A situation that was stressful and painful was made bearable by the advice from Home for Mom that culminated in my brother residing comfortably at Dodge Park.

My Mom had dementia and was a resident at Dodge Park, our experience there was excellent right from the start. They are very caring people and took wonderful care of my Mother. I had heard good things about Dodge Park and then when I read the excellent reviews, I knew this was the best place for my Mom. I met [name removed] first and he was so very caring in every way. I met with [name removed] and nurse [name removed] who I would soon find out they were loving care givers. They kept Mom clean, safe and well cared for. I spoke to my Mom on Easter Sunday and she told me how good the food was there and how she felt loved there. The staff there took the time to know Mom and would talk to about her parents and her growing up in England. Mom told me many times she felt loved there. As a former Business Manager, I was so very impressed working with [name removed] in the business office. She was wonderful to work with, just like the rest of the people at Dodge Park. They are very special people.

Both my parents are now guests at OASIS, and we are very happy with the support and assistance they are both receiving. Our mom has Parkinson's, and therefore requires a high level of care, which she receives in a very caring and loving environment. While my dad is more mobile, his "temperament" requires a more delicate approach, and the staff and management at OASIS do a superb job of managing any situation and doing the extra little things that make him more comfortable - whether it be offering him a cappuccino in the morning, occasionally arranging for him to get a slice of special Italian cake with his meals, and, when he was able, even assisting him with an exercise bike that reminded him of his glory days biking through Europe. We are sad we cannot directly give our parents the care they need at this stage of their lives, but feel very comfortable in the choice of OASIS to give them the best care we could find.

My mother has been at the Oasis for 9 months now and my father was there for less than a month when sadly, he passed away. I can't say enough about the caring support we have received from the staff and owners of the facility. I feel we would not receive the same personalized care we have experienced both of my parents at any other facility.
