If you need these services, I really like the owner of the company and she was really transparent. The only thing is consistent help, if she could have more workers that were reliable it would be better. The overall service was decent and the people that were sent were great we were just looking for consistency.
The owner, [name removed], was terrific. She was very caring and conscientious. Some of her staff I wouldn't say exactly the same, but they were good overall The general things we asked for help with were tidying of Mom's room, getting things for her that she couldn't reach herself, taking her to and from the dining hall, and assisting in any way she asked. Generally they fulfilled our requests very well. When the owner herself was there, she was very proactive. She would see things that needed to be done and just took care of them, whereas some of the other caretakers took a little less initiative. We would have continued with their services if Mom would have allowed it. But she chose to do things on on her own instead.
We used this service prior to mom having to go into rehab. The caregivers were good. They showed up on time and assisted mom with everything she needed. We had no problem with them and we would use this service again.
