I wanted to express my appreciation for [name removed] kindness, helpfulness, gentleness, and genuineness as a care giver at the villas. Even though he wasn't my parent o/g today, he helped me get them situated so I could give them lunch.

I find a high level of professionalism of the staff. I feel we are treated with care and courtesy and help us when needed.

Westminster Terrance us by far the best skilled nursing Assisted Living facilities I've stayed. It is very clean, well organized with high level degree management's daily involvement. All residents are cared for by a group of trained medical team, together with different on line supervisors with highest respect, working with residents on different group outings sight seeing and indoor activities for residents of all ages. Management not only continuously generate new ideas and basic process, but also develops policies to ensure all residents are safe as medication are being depended by Med-Tech professional on a timely schedules basis. Management has the leading ability to positively and encourage residents to provide feedback among each other to develop to full capacity.

I was a resident a few years ago and my stay was wonderful. I recently came back as I needed more care there was no doubt Artoria was the place to go back to. I was welcomed with familial facer and new ones. This place in "HOME"

I love living here, the activities are very fun. We go out to parks and museums. The residents are all wonderful, the director and staff are great!

I had a tour with the executive director. He was very polite, charming and was extremely knowledgeable. The staff was very kind. Loved the tour.

Really nice place and people! Love the renovations underway and how the rooms give easy access to the common areas (especially in memory care). We saw and heard multiple activities in process for the residents even though we were 'surprise' walk-ins for a tour. I can see my aunt living here and enjoying this time in her life. Our thanks to [names removed] for spending some time with us.

It is very friendly and great. The residents are nice to me and my dog lulu.
