The community at Cutler Bay Village is an older community but it is very well maintained. It was very clean throughout. The staff were very gracious and knowledgeable. They did a great job addressing all of my concerns. They were very supportive with this difficult decision. The community was a little farther away from family than what we were looking for.

Cutlet Bay ALF has a homey atmosphere. The employees are all caring professionals with great bedside manner. My Mom, with some dementia, adjusted quickly. She is well cared for and safe. The facility itself is very clean and cheery. I would highly recommend this facility.

I am very happy with them, so far. The food is good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't have any major complaints. I would give them a five, they do a very good job.

Great facility. Set up encourages resideny interaction. Administrator is very knowledgable, courteous and professional. Residents are well cared for and appear content. I would highly recommend.

Awesome, personable place. good size room but shared bath with one other room. Liked that they were very welcoming to us coming for a tour at a moments notice. Happy residents. 24 hour staff but no locked gates. Not one violation on file with FL state. :-)

I helped a friend locate this facility, and from everything I have heard from him they do a great job. The owner is a very nice person, and very concerned about the well-being of the people who live here. The food they serve here is well made and balanced, and the facility itself is always very clean and well kept. I would recommend it highly, it is a very nice place!

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have all been friendly and I am comfortable with the care my mom is receiving while she is there. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys the activities they have available from time to time with the other residents I would recommend it to anyone interested.

The owner Jose Duasso extended himself by expediting finding a room for my 89 yr old mom. Jose is available by text and phone in a forthwith way and also makes contact with Mom almost daily. Mickey, the manager is really the " glue" for this community and is also available.

I liked the cleanliness. And I liked the staff. The caretakers were really nice. But they don't separate memory care residents from the general population, and that was not a good experience for my loved one. She hated the food, but then she used to cook herself all the time. However, I saw the food, and at night they often provided just a bowl of soup and a slice of bread, with no other options offered. I think they could have done more things with the residents. There were no activities, and I think they kind of used Covid as an excuse for that. Even with Covid, they definitely could have made things a bit more entertaining for the residents. They also were not clear about billing and stuck me with a large charge at the time that we moved out. Our experience could have been much better than what it is. I would not recommend Cutler Bay Village to others.
