Home Helpers stepped in to provide services to our family during a crisis. Their care staff was fantastic and flexible, while the family was trying to make arrangements and dealing with illness and travel. Highly recommend

Excellent Service with kind aides that provided the best care. They took our insurance and were very helpful throughout the entirety of the process. Quick and easy to set up and I would highly recommend them for any type of senior care service that is needed.

They have done well executing their commitment to my family as agreed/contracted (i.e. We depend on this company completely during the contracted hours each day.).

I live far from my mom who is in assisted living in Bradenton. The staff have gone way above and beyond to help make things work. Kind and patient with my mom who has dementia, excellent working with me. When I call them I know that they will take care of business, no screw ups. Its such a relief knowing there is help for my mom when i can't be there to take care of things. They are responsive to phone calls even after hours, and reliable solving problems. I can't say enough good about Home Helpers.

I would tell others I use them and I would recommend them to others. They provide in home care with a flexible schedule if needed. I've been able to request staff that my loved one prefers to work with.

My grandfather had a stroke a few months ago and was moved to a rehab facility in Bradenton, where he lived, but I live in Orlando (2.5 hour drive). With very little notice I was informed that he was going home. Initially I had hoped he would agree to moving into assisted living, and thought we had made that decision to go, but upon my arrival he dug in his heals and refused to move to ALF. I had no one set up to care for him at home and I started to panic. I was provided [name removed]'s phone number with Home Helpers and he worked quickly to get me someone that would stay with him that day and within just a couple hours he had a schedule started to provide my grandfather with 24-hour care. [Name removed] was exceptional walking me through the process and making me feel at ease. I can't thank him enough for the support that he gave me and my grandfather, and specifically the peace of mind knowing that he was well cared for while I was across the state. The aides that came in to take care of him also helped assist him with his rehab so that he was able to make a quicker recovery than if he was on his own. They would walk with him, and exercise with him, and overall attended to his needs as he recovered. I also found the aides were pleasant and easy to talk to, and kept me informed of everything that was going on with him because I was so far away. They gave me the impression they cared for him as much as I did. Again, I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Home Helpers and I would truly recommend them to anyone who needed a little extra attention for their loved one.

I must say how impressed I was with [name removed] on her care and service I am a property Mgr. and 1 of my favorite residents needed help I was working with his daughters to help find someone to help with their dad couldn't have asked for more of a caring person then [name removed] to help out she even visited him when he went to the hospital on a Saturday to ck on him and spend time talking THAT'S SERVICE! If I should be in need of referring anyone for this kind of service it would definitely be Home Helpers Of Rochester! Thank you [name removed]

We have been very pleased from start to finish with the whole process. The person who did out in-home consultation was attentive and gave us great options for payment. The caregiver who has been assigned to us is punctual, nice, and very good at her job. We would definitely recommend Home Helpers of East Idaho.

I like this community for the outstanding care and the staff who are very caring. The community is clean and always taken care of when there is something that needs to be done. The menu is very good and they make sure to consider any special needs. We like living in a good environment and have recommended others for the value and great care for others.

They were very professional. When we were getting started they were very patient with me and answered all of my questions.They even answered questions I didn't know to ask.

My experience with Senior Advisor [Removed] was outstanding. She was very helpful and professional when I was searching for home health options for my elderly mom living in Port St Lucie. I am in Texas and wasn't familiar enough with services in Florida or options available. She returned calls/emails promptly and seemed to genuinely care about the situation. She made numerous follow up calls/emails also to ensure we received the services we needed. I really appreciated the efforts.

I like the care for my father at this community. We have found the staff to be excellent in the care that he is receiving. He seems to be happy with the menu and the variety. He is activities with several activities. The community is clean and nice to enjoy when I visit my dad. I would recommend this community to other families. This is just wanting we were wanting for his care.

I liked this service for the help for my husband. I was able to get a good caretaker that come to our home and help with the needs and being a companion. We were happy to see that she was reliable and on time when I need help she was always there for me. I would always recommend this service for good help with a good value.

Both home helpers were excellent takin care of my Dad. This is a very professional organization and I will use them in the future as my needs arise.

I am very happy the help that we are receiving from this in home care service. The caretaker is always on time.She is a really good company for my mom and does a lot to help her as we need. She also does help with some light housework as needed. We would recommend other families to use this great service for the great caretakers and the good value.

I can not say enough good things about the services I had received from Home Helpers, they where absolutely exceptional. I had a great relationship with my caregiver as well as the director of the company.
