Birch Creek is clean, has in-house housekeeping 7 days a week. They consider themselves a “community”. Employees and tenants come together as s family. Activities start immediately after breakfast and keep going until after supper. They have home-cooked meals every day, desserts included! The care that is received is from the heart. Everyone is educated in their field and always listens to residents and families. Their rates are inclusive by care level. I am rating Birch Creek 5 stars! I have been in this business 30 years!

The first impression from our loved ones point of view was that is very affordable and we agree, the value is definitely there with everything they have to offer and we like that they have different levels of care that is accessible if and when needed. Our loved one is only getting 1 meal out of the 3 and overall he likes it. Our loved one isn't participating in the activities but they do have plenty offered. Under the right circumstances we would recommend Deerwood Crossing to other families.

We had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and the experience was nice. The staff was kind, and friendly. The community appeared to be well maintained. Everything looked nice. This is a nice community.
