The staff is very friendly, like family, respects the residents and calls them Ms or Mr first name. They keep the place neat. The food is actually good, per my brother who ate with my mom. There could be more activities on the schedule, but that could be a staff issue. The move in was good, but would recommend a weekday for that. You can call and speak with concierge or nurse and they can get you answers regarding your relative and how they are doing. They assess the person and their needs in the first 30 days to see if the care plan needs to be updated(meds, reminders, other services). There is a podiatrist, pharmacy, doctor, hair salon that you can book for loved ones appointments. I would recommend the facility at this point, but it has only been 30 days. It has given the family peace of mind. Once mom accepts her situation, I would like to see her go on some outings or sit outside in the courtyard when the weather warms up enough for her.

The staff at the memory care building are kind friendly and caring. They really focus on individualized care for the residents. The head nurse [name removed] is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond for the residents and forthcoming with updates of any kind on my Dads care and progress. I would highly recommend this community.

I would highly recommend the Chelsea. The Staff is very nice and considerate.

Most of the services there are excellent had one or two issues with meals which they corrected. The biggest issue was not with the care but the post care my uncle passed away around the second week there two weeks later they called me and told me they were still clothes in his room That they told me to leave there and they would throw away . This conversation was the day after he passed away. Also they never canceled the prescriptions and three weeks after he passed away they sent refills for prescriptions for a person that was deceased so obviously some of their systems after care need to be enhanced.

I would highly recommend. Picked it because was very clean and staff seemed really nice. Very clean good food and very kind staff. Dad is very happy there.

I met the director when looking for my sister. Never have never met someone with such passion and enthusiasm for their work. She put our minds at ease. What made us most comfortable is you could tell that she cares about people not just seeing them as a dollar sign. We look forward to opening day

I met [name removed] at the facility where my Mom lived for 3 years. Stevie gave us a tour, explained all the options, how the place operated, and general information regarding schedules, meals, house keeping, activities, and general daily routines. This was my Mom’s first experience living out of her home. Mom was not real sure about the move. [Name removed] professionalism, detailed answers to my Mom’s questions, made my Mom very comfortable and we signed papers that day. [Name removed] is a most dedicated worker, her word is dependable, and her kindness to the residents is outstanding. [Name removed] would go out of her way to complete a task, or give aid or to just speak to a resident who wants to talk. [Name removed] will not disappoint. Her dedication is her greatest asset. Almost 2 years ago. My dad needed a lot of help as he aged. I brought him to Mattison Crossing. We met with [name removed] who was and is so helpful. Dad went into memory care. This was a great decision. He is so cared for there. With [name removed] She is so attentive and she is amazing. [name removed]. Helps with meals and assists so much with the elderly. There is so much love and caring. [name removed] the nurse. Is attentive and professional. Always keeps us informed. And guides us the downstairs. They watch television. Or listen to music. And lots of interaction. [name removed] upstairs is wonderful and professional and helpful. Sometimes we all need help. This was a great decision Thank you for looking out for my dad and all the people that are cared for there.

The facility is bright, beautiful, and clean. The food is really good. The staff are competent, friendly, and accessible 24/7. Nothing is perfect and there's the odd glitch-but the staff will work with you to sort things out. The only issue, a small one, considering, is that stuff can get misplaced or lost--glasses, shoes, that sort of thing. They generally turn up but not always.

The staff have been fabulous and I have dealt with many of them already and have had great communication with them. There have been lots of issues with my mom and they have handled it all fantastic and with communication with me that has been great. The staff have helped me and my mom do what's best for her. I talk to the staff on a regular basis and they are so helpful. Move in was easy and we even had to move in a few days early because of a hospitalization and they were accommodating and got the meds all taken care of better than I had expected because we were all planning on a move in date a few days later. I could not be happier with how they are taking care of my mom. I would definitely recommend this place. Great value and great staff and the place is beautiful.

Great care and friendly staff! We are very happy with our choice! My mom loves the activities and we love seeing all the social events on Facebook! My Mom wasn't much of a joiner prior to Chelsea, but the encouragement from the staff to attend the social events is nice to see!

We are very happy. They care. They care about my mother they care about us being happy they care about how the room looks. They care about the activities. They are very understanding when my mom is upset, and they have no problem sitting with her for as long as it takes. I was so impressed. I have referred two other people there and they are just as happy.

My loved one is a resident at The Chelsea at Bridgewater and everything has been great. I would recommend this facility to others.

The compassion and care from the staff is excellent. They give it their all from the heart. Meals are somewhat of a challenge for second seating in terms of quantity. Prices are high for daily room rent.

I would certainly recommend them to others!! They have large rooms/ they do not "price gouge " you. I wish i would have Found Parkdale 1.5 years ago The staff is amazing / caring / compassionate.....he value is the best around very cost competitive to other assisted living centers in the area

I would definitely recommend the facility to anyone who asks. The staff and management of the facility are very professional and friendly towards the people living there. My family is very appreciative as to how well they treated my mother and their concern for her wellbeing.

My wife had a progressive brain disease causing me to look into many Mental Facilities. Most were very depressing. Old people waiting to die. Not Liana. From the moment you walk in you knew this was different. Bright, clean, fresh, cheerful, caring staff. Residents are encouraged to do as much as they can. Very active. I visited day, night, weekday, weekend. Always the same professional, caring qualified staff. I thanked a staff member for taking care of my wife. He said," No, thank you. It was my honor to care for your loved one."

This is a warm, comfortable community with a wonderful team of staff members that are allowing my parents the happiness, dignity and the quality of life they so deserve. And they manage to do this even with the many obstacles that advanced aging can present. Placing my mom/dad was a difficult decision and my parents, siblings and I are quite happy with our choice.

When the community first opened, I moved my wife in who has Dementia. Right away the staff fell in love with her. She happens to be the very sweet. After about a year, I started noticing some mild memory loss and felt that it was time for me to sell my condo and move in. Right away, [name removed] helped me find the perfect apartment. At first I thought that I needed to be in Memory Care, after a month I realized it wasn’t the place for me so [name removed] helped me find an apartment on the Assisted Living side. I’ve been very happy in my studio. It’s been an adjustment not having my own condo but I’ve met some nice people and know that it was the right move.

Both my parents moved into Inspired Living Delray in 2022. The transition was very smooth and they received wonderful care. When my mom passed away, the staff was wonderful with my dad- watching out for him and keeping him busy. The staff does an excellent job of communicating with the family.
