This facility is large, but very organized and clean. The staff is dressed professionally and clean. They're very friendly. Everything is decorated and nice, no clutter or anything. They provide the residents with a Daily Chronicle newsletter that keeps them informed and also gives them the opportunity to give feedback, if they choose. Their visitor check-in process is very secure and organized. Communication with the family was outstanding during the move in process, also. Overall, I'm pleased with everything here- the facility, staff, meals, activities. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was the guardian for a resident here. I took her to appointments often. If the families would like their loved one to be ready to depart at a certain time, it will take multiple reminder calls to staff prior. Staff is wonderful and very kind. I think multiple reminders is necessary to ensure the message gets to the right people for the right time. I think Ralston Creek is exceptional and I would recommend it to others

The staff are amazing! My dad has come a long way since he moved in. He loves the food and fun activities they do. The staff are patient with my dad and communicate well with our family. My children love visiting him and interacting with other Residents.

The meals at the Neighborhood are tasty and varied. Between the dining room and the Bistro, there is always something which is appealing. I would like to give a shout out to the wait staff. They are uniformly pleasant and eager to please. I feel lucky to be in a place that uses tablecloths and cloth napkins Thank you, NIRR!

My parent has been a resident at The Neighborhood Rio Rancho for almost four years now. The concept of lateral care for changing needs of residents was a great selling point in choosing The Neighborhood. The staff overall has been excellent with service and care. Everything from activities, beautiful apartments, security, transportation, housekeeping, personal care, music venues, celebrations, and food and beverage. Mealtime is a highlight of the day for many of the residents. The menus have been varied to satisfy most residents.

The Independent Living Dining Staff are well trained, respectful and pleasant. The food is varied and well prepared. There are 2 special menus for each meal as well as a standard menu with everything from beef tenderloin to salads and sandwiches. All meals are table service, not buffet. Take out and delivery are also available. The are no set dining seatings. You can eat anytime the dining room is open. Many residents will join a table with an available seat. Everyone is very friendly.

When selecting a new facility, food and food service were high on my mother's list of criteria. [name removed] and his teams have gone out of their way to provide great service and wonderful meals to my mother. The staff in the Dining Room is wonderful and treat her like a queen. They know each resident's preferences to make meals and events pleasurable, The food is great, portions are reasonable in size. The food is fresh and tasty. This is all made possible through the hard work and efforts of the Dietary Director, [name removed] .He has assembled a team that goes out of their way to make meals something to look forward to each day. I am happy knowing my mother is being taken care of and eating well at The Neighborhood!

We have 2 distinct options for meals at The Neighborhood - The Ponderosa Dining Room and The Bistro. At both places, the food, varied options, and service are quite good, especially considering that they strive to please approximately 100 people per day. There are comment cards at every table in the dining room for you to provide feedback at every meal. Additionally, the staff consistently seeks feedback from residents at "Menu Chat" which happens every other Wednesday. In these interactions, it is abundantly clear that enjoyment and approval from the residents is their primary goal for every meal. I am very pleased with the dining experience at the Neighborhood in Rio Rancho.

The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho offers great customer service and a great variety of delicious dishes.

We enjoyed Enchiladas from the Bistro. The outdoor patio is so Beautiful. All the Resident's we came in contact with also shared what a great place to call their home.

Our experience has been great with Sommerset. We were at another community prior to this, and Sommerset is night and day better than the previous community. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful. They will call the family if something comes up with our loved one that it might be concerning. The staff are very attentive to my loved one's needs and they have gotten to know the individual needs of my loved one, as well. The community has been able to provide medication management, dressing, hygiene, and housekeeping as some of the care they provide. My loved one seems to enjoy the meals provided. They are able to provide three meals a day to the residents in the dining room. They are willing to work with dietary restrictions for the resident, as well.

It's amazing how many of the staff who are currently working there have been there for 5-10 years, including the management, some of which have been there for 10-20 years. I think they're very attentive with my loved one's care. Immediately as soon I text or call, they get back with me. They're with it and take care of business. And the facility has always been clean whenever I go in to visit.

We are very pleased with the community. The level of care for my loved one stands out to me. Some of the activities available include games and more in memory care. I'm very pleased the community works well with hospice.

The community is taking great care of my loved one and made sure we were able to communicate with her. The community is neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Thankfully someone recommended Sommerset to my brother and I when we realized our dad needed assisted living. We visited a few facilities and frankly it was scary. However, [name removed] was so personable and professional she calmed our fears. I am grateful to the staff at Sommerset who took care of our dad. I know it wasn't easy at times. I realize looking back that it was the best place for him. I now would recommend Sommerset to anyone trying to find a new home for their loved one.

I have to say, the employees here are doing a lot right now for the residents. It's a tough time for everyone, but they're doing so much to make everyone comfortable and safe!

My mother was a resident at Ralston Creek Memory Care for 4 1/2 years before she passed away. Overall, the care provided to her during that time was excellent. Her room was the perfect size. Very clean. Access to cable TV if desired. A memory window case was provided on the outside of door in hallway so resident could place their favorite memorable items for display. Staff was always very helpful, checking on resident periodically at night. Staff and caregivers kept room clean. Activities for residents were always provided during the day and sometimes residents were taken for scenic drive in the Ralston Creek bus to nearby areas. The dining area was close to her room and when my mother was unable to get to the dining area on her own the caregivers were always there to help her. TV and movies were provided in the activity lobby. Access to the courtyard was available. I would highly recommend the Ralston Creek Memory living area for anyone. Generous, wonderful service.

Our first impression of Sommerset Neighborhood was that everyone there was very friendly towards us, and the community was really clean. From our understanding we believe they offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The rooms they provide are nice and we would highly recommend this community.

It is a very difficult time to be going through this and the staff at Ralston Creek have made the transition as tolerable as possible. The food is good. I would recommend this community. I chose this community because the pricing and the location is close to my mother's neighborhood and where she feel most comfortable. The community is light, wide hallways, cheerful, and felt more open then most places. It seems like the community was well thought out.
