I would recommend this facility to others, it is the cleanest place that I have seen. The staff is kind, caring and attentive. They are so sweet and I can't praise them enough! For the move in process, they like to meet the resident first and to match them with a good roommate. My mom's roommate is so sweet and they get along fine. Sometimes communication, like an email or call, are slow. But I don't worry about my mom for one second. My heart is happy that she's in good hands.

I couldn't be any more pleased with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and she is doing very well. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. The community looks great, and everything is always clean when I visit. I have even told my sons, that this is the community where I wanna go when I get older. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. This is a community I would highly recommend.

I have the cleanliness an overall 3 out of 5 because while most of the facility is clean at times, they have neglected to clean the toilets and floors in our loved ones room.

Was a very simple and clean friendly tour, nice facility.

The food could have been better, it was plain and there were not many options, but this was over a year ago they could have improved. There was a nurse there that was really good. We chose this facility due to the price and the location. She did not have her own bathroom, it was a common bathroom down the hall. It was an older facility that did not look clean, but they did the best they could with what they had. They would take her places which we enjoyed.

My wife didn't have her own bathroom and the food was not good over a year ago. The staff could be better as well. There were a couple of very professional CNAs that I liked. One in particular was great.

There are NO Patient Advocates in ANY Alpha Concord facility and NO Advocacy point offered through Alpha Concord Corporate structure. It is a terrible thing to witness the deaf and blind being shuffled aside without meeting their basic needs.

Mom has been there a week some of the staff have no compassion They have no communication with you only when they want you to sign something There is a Covid outbreak there was no notification family went there that’s how we found out why do people take theses jobs and don’t have no feelings everybody is going to get old Do not send parents to Magolia Gardens ??
