[Name removed], the administrator, has been working very hard to make this a great place for the residents. The building is beautiful community in a nice area. Great pricing and options for long-term savings.

Great facility, very clean and well managed. Staff are friendly and many activities take place on a daily basis! I work in the industry and have visited the company and was very pleased with my experience while at the facility.

The new Administrator, who came along with the name and ownership change is reinvigorating the community. The wonderful new chef has improved the dining experience. With Covid easing, they are back to an elegant dining experience with tablecloths in the bright and beautiful dining room. They have a new bus and are doing outings several times a week. Some of the care staff have been here for over 2 years, which really improves the level of service provided. They get to know the residents on a personal basis.

The staff go out of their to make sure that the family and our loved one has everything we need. There are on site doctors that come in weekly to visit the residents. There is a theater that the staff will put movies on for the residents to watch. The staff are helpful for the residents that need assistance with walking. The communication with the family is huge, and they have exceed our expectations. They are quick to respond to our questions when needed.

I've been apart of this facility for about 5yrs now. One thing that stands out the most to me, is the relationships between, the care staff and residents. It's truly heart warming to see how loved the residents are, and vice versa with the care aides as well! With the new management in place, I've seen a total 360 within the facility. Kudos to all!

We are very happy with the care and attention our loved is getting at Bay City. The activities person is always thinking of fun things to do i.e. indoor baseball games, cooking classes, dances etc. The staff take good care of our loved one and the residents appear to be happy.

This facility has gone through a complete remodel and it is gorgeous. I can't believe the updates and how different it looks. The staff are so nice and helpful too. The administrator is very helpful and will do anything for our family. Check it out.

Our family just loves it here and my Dad is so happy. He loves the food and a few of the staff have become his favorites. We have had no problems since day one and we feel my Dad is getting really good care.

Vassar is a small town and when you walk into Vassar Comfort Care, you really feel like you are home. The building is so clean and all the residents looked amazing. They were doing a craft when we came in and they all seemed to enjoy the social hour. You need to go see this place. It will not disappoint you!

The owners did not leave one stone unturned in the build of this community. Holy Moly is it gorgeous! We were greeted at the door and had a wonderful tour. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful, friendly environment, you should most definitely go here.

Our family has had a great experience over at Shields. It is not a huge place and everyone is always so friendly. We get our concerns taken care of and the communication has been awesome. We are a big family with a lot of idea's and they never seem bothered by all of our suggestions.

I can't say enough about this place. I have visited a lot of them when looking and as soon as I stepped in the door, I felt like I was home. Great food and the staff have been great. They all just want to be there. I would definitely go visit, you will fall in love too!

WoW! sums up our experience. Totally remodeled and the company did a great job. The administrator was so friendly and she knows her building inside and out. The staff appear to be very friendly and it was so nice to see several staff just talking to residents. I had a wonderful time visiting.
