We are very happy with the facility and the care- they make every effort to keep residents in the assisted living level as long as possible.

I think it is extremely expensive plus they add in a doctor coming in so that is extra even with [name removed] in hospice care. They have recently had a whole new staff come in from director down and it has been pretty good since then. Based on the experience we have had so far, I think I would recommend this community to other families.

Very happy with the Gardens. I know mom is safe and well cared for. Staff is amazing and very home like atmosphere. Happy to have found A Place For Mom and their guidance. They definitely matched us with the right setting

I had a pretty great experience moving my elderly friend here from his apartment for safety reasons. The administration was helpful with a smooth transition. He has made friends and likes the nursing staff. He also enjoys the activities. The food is pretty good. Appears clean and open. Very happy working with them.

When our Mom wasn't able to stay in her own home anymore, we were so fortunate to find The Gardens of Green Ridge! She has been here for 2 years now and everyone treats her very kindly and respectfully. They work so hard to make her time at The Gardens better than at home. She has socialization and activities, where before she was alone. We are so grateful to all of the staff there!

I live here at The Gardens of Green Ridge and I am very happy here. They care about me and are very helpful. The girls in activities are wonderful. They are always there to play a game with me and others. It feels like home!

This place is great! It was a good move from home for me. I am healthier and more active since moving in. I have also realized that I am remembering more, and I think it is because I am more active in our community.

I am very happy here, and I am satisfied and content with the staff and other residents. There is lots of activities and patios to sit outside. I would definitely recommend The Gardens of Green Ridge to anyone.

My Aunt is a resident at The Gardens of Green Ridge for almost 2 years and we couldn’t be happier. The residence is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very attentive and very hands on with the residents. They offer activities like bingo,scrabble,trivia. They do arts and crafts and have daily religious activities. They have a hairdresser come in to service the clients while the aides offer manicures. The van will take them to Dr appointments and to trips out like lunch or shopping. The rooms are big and well kept by housekeepers. Tammy at the front desk is always ready to help in any way she can. She wears many hats and is a pivotal part of the Gardens success. If you are thinking of an assisted living facility for a loved one The Gardens should be tops on your list.

My mother has been a resident for over 2 years. The place is always clean and staff is very professional!. Activities are good, she always enjoys the food. They take great care of my mother and wouldn't want her any other place.

I recommend all the time.

The Garden of Green Ridge located in Scranton PA is a lovely assisted living home. My mother in law who is 96 years old is very happy living there. The staff is welcoming and supportive to the residents. My husband and I are very pleased.

Recently heard about this facility, stopped in for a tour, which was not scheduled, and to my surprise I was accommodated, welcomed in warmly , I was shown around, given options, and was also afforded the time to think things over before being pushed to make a decision. I was not made to feel pressured to come to a decision. People living there were gathered for an event and looked to have been having a great time, people gathered were clean and clothing was also presentable which showed me they are being taken care of, and the place was really clean and inviting. I recommend !

Upon touring facilities this one was clean , staff friendly and residents looked well taken care of plus affordable..I would recommend this facility for care to family and friends.

I walked in and did an unscheduled tour. Residents were going to lunch and seemed happy. The facility was cleaned and no smells. The lady that did my tour was wonderful and gave me so much information. We unfortunately needed skilled nursing, but would definitely consider assisted living in the future at the gardens of green ridge.

I have been with Green Ridge for 2 years and the staff and residents are wonderful! I look forward to going into work and it is a family atmosphere, between staff and residents. I wouldn't want to work any other place. Not any place is perfect, but the residents help to make up for any bumps lol.

I have a friend that lives there and no matter when I go to visit, day, night, during the week, or weekend, the place has a warm friendly atmosphere! My friend has been there for years, and she loves it. It is her "home"! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. If there comes a time I need assisted living, I know where I will go!

The staff is friendly, the accommodations are above average. The food is generally satisfy and nutritious. I am treated very well, with respect, friendliness, and staff is always ready to assist with my needs. The price is very reasonable compared to other places of equal standards.

The Gardens is a good place, the other residents are great and friendly. the staff is very good, they care about us. The place is always clean and orderly. Laundry can be a little slow sometimes but over all good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Glad that mom is at The Gardens, I feel she is very safe there . It is close to home and she has many friends and extended family with residents and staff. Staff always treats mom with patients and respect.
