The food is good and they offer a variety of healthy options. The home is very clean. The caregivers are really good. They are helpful and they keep me involved with my grandfather's needs and how he is doing. They have three caregivers on staff during the day and two overnight. They encourage him to be active and I would recommend this community.

Everything was great, and it worked out well, actually. It was clean and the staff was friendly. There weren't any hidden fees or anything like that. We didn't really have any concerns. They did a great job.

From the moment I walked in to find a place for my mother, I felt it to be more like a dorm or shared house with absolutely no institutional "feel". It offered pleasant surroundings, both inside and out and, as I would verify later, a kind and caring director and staff, who truly do care for their clients. I feel very fortunate to have been looking when a rare vacancy appeared and do not regret my decision to trust them with my mother's welfare one iota. All facilities of this type should be so pleasant, yet undeniably professional. --Byron

There was a sense of family at Miko Inn. Having had my grandparents in a similar setting, I felt comfortable discussing my father's needs and possible placement here. Though there are disadvantages to a small bed/board place, I'm feeling better about a place like Miko Inn than a larger facility.

The caregivers I meet during our tour were nice. The home was clean. They offer complimentary transportation. The staff lives on the property.
