My mother was a resident at Golden Sunset Villa for 16 months until her death in January 2024 at the age of 99. Sadly, a hospitalization and lengthy skilled nursing facility stay in 2022 had left her in a weakened and bedbound condition, and she experienced increasing dementia over the last couple of years. Throughout her time at Golden Sunset Villa, my Mom received wonderful care from all the caregivers, and particularly from the Administrator who also serves as a caregiver. They treated my Mom as family, and showed remarkable compassion and patience in caring for her when she would often be resistant to any intervention, including being fed or bathed, due to her mental state. The Administrator was very good about communicating any changes in condition to me. The staff also coordinated well with the hospice providers who tended to my Mom’s medical and spiritual needs. I believe the staff at Golden Sunset Villa made her last year on earth as good as it possibly could have been.

Everything at Splendor Valley is all top notch. Highly professional and caring owners and staff. The process can be stressful and emotional for families. [name removed] and [name removed] take the time to walk you through the support and services available, and possible challenges during the initial transition.

I moved my Mother into the Splendor Valley LTC in February of this year (2020). The board and care home at which she was living had a change of ownership and went into rapid decline. The decision to move her to Splendor Valley proved to be a wise one. [names removed] and staff worked as a team to provide my Mother with excellent, compassionate care. You could sense by how my Mother smiled at each of them that she felt trust, at peace, and content in her new home. It wasn’t long before the pandemic put a stop to my daily visits, and [name removed] was so helpful in helping our family stay in touch via Zoom. Although stressful to not be able to visit my Mom in person, I knew I could depend on [name removed] to phone me with any concerns, and to keep me informed of my Mother’s health status as her life neared its end. I always felt that my Mother was treated with dignity and love. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the folks at Splendor Valley LTC. Facility staff are very attentive and cordial. Facility is extremely clean and open. Mom's every need is well attended to and I am kept apprised of any changes in Mom's status no matter how small it may be. Meals are well prepared. Mom is always clean and well dressed. Splendor Valley is wonderful!

I have been coming to Splendid Valley for at least four years. Each time I am here I am impressed with the care being provided to families. The work they do at Splendid Valley comes from their heart. They are excellent and caregivers. I would place my own family member in their home.

My grandma [name removed] lived at Splendor Valley for years before passing away peacefully. All the staff are professional, loving and just amazing, I cannot say enough about how wonderful this community is. I recommend Splendor Valley 100%.

My wife's mother received care for years. The owners and staff are wonderful people. They are kind, loving, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. When we visited, they personally greeted us with smiles and a quiet joy. They provided updates and our loved one's current status for that day/ We felt as "family" with them. the facility is spotless, no odors, is like new inside and out. We sensed their love and concern for [name removed] as much as our hearts did. We are so grateful to staff and owners who truly loved [name removed] as all of [name removed]'s family love her.

We have been visiting our loved one here for 4 years now. The caregivers are very professional and always friendly, caring, kind and attentive. The home is always spotless and residents are clean, well-groomed and seem happy. Visitors are welcomed and treated like family but residents are top priority in expecting guests to keep the home free from bedside illnesses.

I can not say enough amazing things about Splendor Valley. They gave the very best care to my Grandmother. The love and care they show to each of their patients/residents is impeccable. I would recommend them!

I find this facility to be very warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful and accommodating. It is clean and organized and they work hard to make sure their residents are comfortable and well cared for. They exhibit a personal touch that ensures confidence in the care they give. They spend time getting to know their residents so each one feels at home. I would highly recommend this facility.

We love this home. When my mom came here she had a bed sores. They worked with her for weeks until her skin was clear. [name removed]'s knowledge and experience as a pharmacist is extremely helpful.

We moved our 104 year old grandma on December 2017 to Splendor Valley where she was received with open arms and amazing care by [name removed] and her team. They continue to lovingly care for our Grandma and follow her 'cues' each day. [name removed] and her team work well with hospice and our family in providing a comfortable and stimulating environment for our grandma. She receives passionate care from Splendor Valley.

The timing didn't work for my mother to move into Splendor Valley but we were so impressed with [name removed]'s hands on approach with the residents and the individualized interaction of caregivers and residents. It is a beautiful house and freeway close.

The staff at the facility have shown amazing care for my mom. She came to the home with some skin issues due to her confinement to bed the last 2 1/2 years. Due to the incredible care she is receiving the issue has been totally cleared. The home radiates a peaceful, calming atmosphere for the residents and guests. Splendor Valley has my highest recommendation.

Splendor Valley feels more like home than a facility and that is all due to [removed] and her amazing staff! I love how they decorate for holidays and bring the residents balloons on Mother's Day and Father's Day, always keeping the mood positive and uplifting. All the residents are treated like family!

This is a wonderful care facility. It is calm cheerful and clean. They have taken excellent care of my grandma.

This place has been such a blessing to our family and loved me. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this facility to anyone. So lucky we found it.
