I can't imagine living my golden years anywhere else! Beautiful neighborhood! Walking in a safe and fun neighborhood. Beautiful park just steps away! Small but efficient apartment! I just love it! I would recommend to all my senior friends!

Management has really stepped up. Plenty of activities for my Senior mother. Residents and staff are friendly. Apartments are clean and spacious. Since I have to make it 200 characters, that's all I got to say

It is as advertised. An independent place to live. People are nice and more than helpful. The place is located near recreation, food, medical, transportation and entertainment facilities. Plus there are numerous churches in the area.

I've lived here 7 years. With every place there are ups and downs, but we are experiencing a major down right now. The building is supposed to be locked after office hours and any resident leaving has a fob for re-entry. Guests are supposed to have access to the building only if the resident they are coming to see, 1. Let's them in at an entry door, 2. They sign the guest registry, 3. They don't bring pets, 4. The resident they are visiting is supposed to accompany them at all times and are responsible for their behavior. None of that happens. We have no security, the entry doors are constantly being destroyed. The building is equipped with cameras, but they are useless, until recently, all exterior security lights were out. Constant, flagrant lease violations are ignored. The place is often filthy and the only rules they enforce are payment of rent and utilities. Any properties managed by PK Management, my suggestion would be to run in the opposite direction!

One of the floors has college students on it. The community is kept neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Still considering this as a possibility. Main drawback is me not wanting to have my car and the expense of maintaining.

I think overall it is okay, especially for the price. A few things I don't like are irresponsible pet owners in and outside of the building. There is no carpet in the hallway and it is a noise chamber. None of the idiots on my floor are intelligent enough to NOT slam doors. Some of the geriatric women stand in the hall a gawk to push the noise factor even higher. One guy on my floor has a huge dog that barks like a horse. I have a nice view and my apartment is pretty nicely remodeled. It is worth it for me.

It is a good place, that can get you in quicker than others on a fixed income. The staff isn't attentive to the resident's needs. The staff is hard to get a hold of and the follow through isn't great.

They have an open community room and they only thing they do is bingo maybe once or twice a month. There are bed bugs here and roaches everywhere so the cleanliness needs some big improvement. I have had an issues with my AC unit leaking for months now and the management has been made aware but the maintenance team has not so unfortunately to no fault of the maintenance team I am still dealing with the issue.

Fellowship Manor is an echo chamber. They seriously need carpet in the hallways. Staff seems to come and go is here off and on. Basic maintenance can be hard to get. Cleaning here is spotty, literally. Often floors go on for days or more and don't get cleaned. A lot of dogs that bark all the time with no consequences. Some nice people here, also some of the biggest misfits in the city of Ogden. Cheap rent. Avail Property Management appears to just be doing a money stuff and barely keeping it open. They have had more than a few management companies, so I have been told. The elevators shake. That gives one a feeling of security. It is cheap, but not very desirable. Be nice if more got done around here to improve it.

Managers never around and if they are they are disrespectful to you and their clients.. regardless of the amount of complaints nothing is done. The bed bugs and roaches are everywhere. They randomly spray but not consistently. You can’t use the laundry room due to the bed bugs. I have asked for 3 years to have my air condition fixed but it never is. There are drug dealers residing here and random people knocking on my door at all hours. Most people only have one small air conditioner for the whole apartment. Another fire broke out on Memorial Day 2023 and no fire alarm went off. There have been multiple complaints to no avail.

Management all are liers if your over 70 they treat you like [word removed] . If they have anything against you yarriscontinually. If your a smoker you have it made. They run the people that live there. I was followed and spyed on every time I went outside. They even watched me when I would park my car to see

Zero stars..alarms going off for hours..garbage piles up..maintenence and others in your apartment with no ok..all the time..do not move here..the folks who run this are..garbage..and liars

I was planning to move in this community. I was talking to [Removed] for 2 months. And I am really disappointed on how things went down. I had already bought my train ticket to arrive there on the 28th and called them 4 days before and told them they day I was arriving and they said it should be ready by the 27th. All I needed was a straight answer no lies. When I got there I was asked to come back because the apartment wasn't ready and there were holes in the ceiling and the AC wasn't working. I put down a $350.00 deposit on this place. I had no car and I'm in a wheelchair so I'm thrown into looking for another place. Luckily I meet someone who referred me to the great place I'm in now.
