It was great!! Everyone was extra friendly and welcoming. Answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. The facility is beautiful.I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Facility is beautiful, clean, and warm. Staff is friendly. and very caring. From the moment you walk in the front door, you are greeted with smiles and pleasantry. By far this is one of the best places I have ever experienced.

Vista Springs Greenbriar has become part of our family. The caring staff has provided amazing care for our father. They understand and respect his personal preferences and accommodate his needs accordingly. Staff members also provide insightful advice to our family on how to best to relate to my father as his physical and cognitive abilities diminish which has been tremendously helpful. It is a bright, cheerful place that truly has a sense of community. And, my father if always complimentary of the food!

My Mother is 95 years old and has been at Vista Springs almost 2 years and the time of Covid. At first I was not sure about putting her in Assisted Living, but after some time has passed I know it was the best decision for her. The Nursing Staff on Floor 3 is excellent. I respect and admire the Nursing Staff for all they do for my Mother and as they do for all residents. I realize the job they do is demanding, as my Sister was a nurse. The Aides are also excellent. They will come into my Mother's room and see if she needs anything and offer to help her. Finally, the Administrative Staff, both Managerial and Front Desk, are very competent and have and will go out of their way for me and my family. Glad we chose Vista Springs!!

I am very pleased that my loved one is in the care of Vista Springs, Parma, OH. She has been a community resident since August 2019.+ Last August at the age of 98, she transferred to the Rediscovery Unit. This transition took place with my approval when her symptoms of dementia increased. My loved one has always received superior care. She continues to receive the same level of care in her current apartment. Staff training is ongoing. Additionally, all staff cares for and treats residents as if they were their own Mom or Dad. That attitude is a factor in giving the community a family environment. Various daily activities fill the day, providing social interaction and a fun atmosphere. The ladies especially like ‘manicure’ day. Recently I attended a root beer float party on the patio. The aids drew chalk pictures at the residents' request. The patio was covered with colorful flowers, hearts, butterflies, and more. A fun afternoon provided joy to all.

Hardest thing I have ever had to do is move Mom out of her home. The staff have made her party of their family and she likes living there. There is so much for her to do and she always gets what she needs.

Wonderful staff that includes 24/7 nursing. Beautiful facility with many varied activities for residents. Food is is prepared by a chef and served in formal dining room. Activities also include trips outside for shopping, museums and factory tours. Menu has a variety of entrees daily. Cost includes 3 meals a day.

Beautiful facility ! Staff are friendly and helpful and care for the residents like they would their own family members. The buildings were clean and well maintained. Delicious food and lots of engaging activities.

Vista Springs Northview is a beautiful community! The staff does a great job and you can really tell that they care about the families and their loved ones. The management staff is also very friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend Vista Springs Northview as I had nothing but a great experience.

It's the people. VISTA SPRINGS HOWELL has a great committed team of employees that are all caregivers. My father receives attentive and proactive care. When he is smiling, I'm smiling, too. He frequently comments that he is glad that "we" found this place; that is a rather strong compliment from a 93 year old. He enjoys the field trips and social activities. I enjoy the certainty that he is truly cared for by experts and caring individuals. Management is accessible. Wellness team is exceptional. Social team is fun and inclusive. The kitchen team is fresh and creative. I'm encouraged to participate and be involved in campus activities. Vista Springs Howell is a great COMMUNITY.

I toured Vista Springs, I think it would be perfect for my mother. We are awaiting word from the VA for assistance on the cost. The community is very clean, staff was attentive, professional, and seemed very concerned with the care of the residents. I am hoping we can make it work, the apartments are very nice.

I really appreciate A Place for Mom for recommending this facility, it’s amazing to have someone reach out and help. We also toured many many places, but this location was the best fit. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating, they’re a good bunch of people, and they go above and beyond for their residents. They are also very friendly and welcoming. When we walked in they welcomed my father and I with balloons and baskets. Their facility is very clean and their staff team is in there cleaning all the time. I can’t complain about that. My father has no complaints on their food either and he isn’t the most easiest to please. He is actually thriving here and he is doing things that he has never done before. They provide activities like balloon volleyball, crafts, and card games. The other residents that participate are also friendly and welcoming. The staff sends out messages on our phones every day of what activities are going on that day. Those messages also updates us on what he accomplished, what he hasn’t, if he participated or not, and it’s pretty cool to keep track on things like that. What was also a plus is that the staff team gave me and my other relatives key fobs so we are able to visit any time. They told us “this is your parent, here are your key fobs, you should be able to see him any time you like, we have nothing to hide”. This is really accommodating because my relatives run on different schedules so it’s accommodating for us to have this available to us. Other places that we visited, we had to be buzzed in after visiting hours. Here, there are no restrictions to go visit our parent. We have already recommended this location and the services from A Place for Mom to others that are looking into care options.

This is a newer community and they are a very caring and friendly community. All of the staff make sure they say hi when you're there, they interact with the residents and the families so well, and the community is set-up so that memory care is not hidden away. My mom has a very nice room, she likes going to the dining area and the food is pretty good. Everything thing is secured and the families have access using special keys so that they can come and go when visiting without having to wait on being buzzed in and out. The memory care does special outings, there are activities to keep the residents busy and they have a beautiful secured courtyard where they can go outside and sit. I would recommend a tour here for both the memory care and the assisted living.

I am so thankful for this community. We didn't have much time to find a community for both of my in-laws my mother in law at the time was in the hospital and found out she was going to be discharged the next day but she couldn't go home so it was urgent, to say the least, we found something. The sales director was fabulous I went over fell in love with the place and next thing we knew both my in-laws had moved in. It's been about a little over a month now and they are both doing well. My father in law is the one going to the social events and the staff invites the families to participate which we do. They have a 2 bedroom which is more than spacious for my mother in law to be comfortable in while she is recovering. The community and their apartment are very well cleaned. The food is very good they bring my mother in law her meals to their apartment and makes sure she eats enough while going through her treatments. The staff is so attentive and caring .We love everything about this community.

My mother is doing very well since her move into Vista Springs. The staff there are working with us to get all of her medications straightened out. The place is very clean and maintained well. She, of course, does not want to be there but we know it is the best thing for her. The food is great, I always check her menu to see what they are having. It is the only place that we found allows her dog as well which is great!

My mom is settling in nicely at Vista Springs Howell. The care givers are all so really wonderful about the care they provide for my mom. My family has dined there with mom and they said the food is good and they have alternate options if she doesn't like what is on the menu. She is still settling in and a little shy about participating in everything but they are very accommodating and try to encourage her to participate in the activities they provide. So far Bingo is her favorite. We did attend the Awareness Day for Alzheimer's where they released butterflies, it was beautiful. And they have a happy hour she likes to attend to socialize with the other residents. They do offer transportation for residents. We live so close so we like to take her out and about wherever she wants to go. They do provide church services and have a beauty salon at the communtiy. There is an enclosed patio and a get together called "patio chat" to socialize and enjoy the fresh air. I would absolutely recommend this community to others. It is a blessing to know they take such good care of my mom and the effort they take to get to personally know the residents.

I like knowing that my mom is doing well here. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and has a nice home feeling. We like the variety of meals that are offered. She is offered to participate in the list of actives.We feel that is getting good care and a good value.

This is a A+ community. I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and she is in good hands. The is a fantastic community, and I'am pleased with all they have done for my family.

I would rate Vista Springs Greenbriar a 5 as it is a wonderful place and my mother Loves being there everything is clean and the staff is great with all the residents. The dining room is gorgeous, but there seems to be a constant change over in the chef and my mom has said that there is too much seasoning in the food. Activities have declined as well and at the monthly resident meeting, they have asked the organizers to try and set up a monthly calendar. They do have transportation for the residents who need it and they try to arrange outings as well. I would definitely recommend Vista Springs Greenbriar it is the best. Also, I would like to say that my SLA with A Place for Mom was wonderful she stayed right on top of things and held my hand all the way. I also tell everyone who is looking for help with their loved love to call A Place for Mom they are wonderful.
