My friend entered Cranberry Park in August 2023 coming from a horrible experience at Fenton Healthcare. He received respect and genuine care, he could not believe the huge difference in care here. Unfortunately he passed away in October unexpectedly. So glad he received such great care here.

It was clean people seem friendly, and are pretty attentive for as short staffed as they are sometimes called. My food was very good. They accommodated my mom if she didn't want to go to the cafeteria, and would bring it to her, feel confident and her care at Cranberry Park.

I would reccomend that a loved one be placed in the care of the residents at Cranberry Park. The communication is very good. They took great care of my loved one. The staff does art and crafts with residents. They have aides comes out to play games with the residents. The residents that are physically able go to concerts at Clio park go for a day outing.

They definitely demonstrate a strong commitment to individualized care. And the facility is very colorful and bright. It's clear they made the effort to create a home-like feeling within the community.

this community is small, and this means you get more hands-on care. The staff really cares and takes good care of the residence. The rooms are slightly larger than most communities. I would recommend this community to others.

The community is very nice. We like the staff who are caring. I like knowing that she is happy here. We like the menu and the activities are helpful. The community is clean and they have a nice list of activities. We would recommend the care of the community.

The staff at Cranberry Park are very friendly and we are satisfied with the care that they are providing Mom. The community is well kept and very clean throughout. They offer a variety of activities for Mom to choose from and enjoy. They offer a good range of meal choices and the food is very good. Mom would like to see a wider variety of fruit to be offered at each meal other than just apples and bananas on the counter.

Our family has found Cranberry Park in Clio to be a wonderful place foe mom. Marcie (the director) is always available to speak with family, efficient, kind, helpful and truly cares about each and every resident. The nurses are knowledgeable and medications are distributed very efficiently. Our family knows Pam best and she is a treasure. We have not met a staff member that wasn't a perfect fit for assisted care. Our family, and mom, are very happy we have a "home" where she is so well cared for every day. Thank you !!!

We are very pleased with how things have gone so far at Cranberry Park! It is a nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and both the staff and the other residents have been very friendly! The first night our loved one moved in he was seated next to an old neighbor! He really seems to be settling in well here, and seems very happy.

My Father, who has Alzheimer's, moved into the Cranberry Park Memory Care facility in January of 2013. I am so impressed with this facility and the staff. They are all professionally competent, friendly, and caring. They make sure all the residents get special attention and are as active as possible. Every day I'm thankful that there was space available here when my Dad needed a higher level of care.

This is a community worth looking into to see if this would be a good fit for your loved one. The staff communication could be better with the family, as the follow up takes a long time to get back to me. Some of the care includes medication management, bathing and dressing assistance along with hygiene care.

The staff is very caring, they really care about their clients, and they take good care of them.

The staff is very friendly. The meals are horrible. For the amount of money they receive from each tenant, the meals should be more substantial and better quality. When a question is asked about general personal care of a family member, they always say they don't do that and the doctor has to give an order. However, there are no doctors to ask or see!! So we pay the rent, yet I still help supplement my father's meals with decent food. I go there and trim his nails and clean out his ears. Make his bed and put his laundry away.....

The memory care unit has the only available bed. I did not feel this was the unit for my mother. Maybe because it was Saturday but the interior was dark and I only witnessed one resident speaking. My mom is social even if a person may have trouble understanding her. Since we could not visit her I felt that this place would be depressing for her.

My grandfather has been living at Cranberry for a year. The staff is wonderful!! The facility is nice. I have had concerns on many occasions due to the facility being understaffed. They usually only have 2 aids on the floor, and most of the people who live there need 24/7 care. This is a huge concern, and from my perspective causes neglect to the residents. God forbid if there were ever a fire, I wonder if they could get the residents out safely. They also need to have a cleaning lady on staff, family members should not have to clean the facility. For the high price people pay for care at this facility, the owners should be putting more into staffing it appropriately!!

We would not recommend this community to anyone, our loved one went in walking and talking, however passed away just three weeks after. They would sedate him so much that he would get food stuck in his throat.
