My mom is thoroughly enjoying life at New Day Cottages. We as a family are delighted that she has a beautiful and spacious room, a private half bath, enriching and engaging daily activities, many sweet friends, healthy meals, and loving professional care from a superb and dedicated staff. The facility is elegant, immaculate, homey, sunny, exquisitely appointed, very hospitable to visitors, and offers breathtaking views. The environment of New Day is filled with love, laughter, and hope. This new season of life for Mom is an answer to our prayers in every way. She wakes up excited for each New Day!

New Day staff was like family. They truly knew you and your loved one. They responded quickly when a resident needed help. I am so happy we put my mom here

We loved New Day!! It appeared to be well taken care of. They seemed to be sincere and genuine. They did not offer the level of care, that my loved one needed.

The pricing here is all inclusive so there are no add on fees. They also do not raise the price more than $100 a year no matter how long you are there. I really like the small family feel that it has. There are only 18 residents so it really is more just like a family instead of a huge facility. They cook all of the meals right there and the food is really good. Last week we also went out and planted flowers in the garden. They could offer more activities and keep residents busier. I have had no complaints, we are very happy. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

They made us feel welcomed before we even walked through the door at this community. The staff are amazing and they really want to take care of your elder person at this community. They have activities like exercises everyday, movies, games, and make sure that the residents get outside when the weather is nice. They are also really open to window visits and are sticking to all the regulations with the health department at this time.

This is the place Mom has chosen to move to. :-)

New Day Cottages at Pine Creek is the quiet, clean and caring place I was looking for my father to thrive in. The owner and staff are first rate, and manage the details of running this senior care/living facility as if their parents lived there. They are attentive to all the important details, respectful and helpful to the residents, and the model they deliver truly has that smaller "home" feeling vs living in a hotel. They listen to families and their healthcare providers, and then adapt their care plan delivery, putting careful support in place for each resident's unique circumstances, while maintaining a healthy, safe environment for each person who lives at New Day. This is especially important to me during the ongoing pandemic, and the New Day staff is delivering. Bottom line: My Dad is happy and healthy living at New Day. Glad we made the switch .. many thanks to the team there!

after review and observation of quite a number of group homes for assisted living I believe I wouldn't be able to find any better than New Day Cottages in Colorado Springs. My 95 year old mother being legally blind and with an ostomy settled in quite quickly and comfortable. The staff is awesome...respectful, caring and patient.

Exceptional in every way..my mom has been in many rehab..National Brand Assisted Living places etc..even in my home for a few years but nothing compares to New Day Cottages.. The residents are up and about.. The staff is caring..The home is absolutely beautiful.. The meals are cooked fresh daily...the activity calendar is excellent..the room is great with her own private bath and cable etc..her neighbors/house residents are nice.. So happy a we found New Day Cottages..

We moved my mother here about 4 months ago. She has adjusted well, and enjoys the interaction with the staff and residents. She does not participate in many of the activities, but the staff all knows her, stops in to talk, bring meds, and interact with her in just the day to day running. Meals are served in a family dining room setting with all residents. Staff is professional and friendly. Facility is new (just a couple years old), clean and bright and homey feeling upon entry. Rooms are large and airy. Staff work closely with medical staff for meds and necessary care. Lovely enclosed patio with garden for residents to enjoy. Great vegetable garden over the summer.

The New Day Cottages at Turner has literally been a Godsend for our family! My father's care in all the above category areas has been nothing less than excellent on a consistent basis! The staff are dedicated to making life as good as it can be for the residents each day! The architecture is very homey and pleasing in atmosphere. The food menus are varied and of excellent quality, and the availability of professional medical care to monitor each individual on a regular basis is also very good. As to a ratio of cost to value, we have not seen any assisted care residences, and we have looked at quite a few, that come close to what New Day Cottages at Turner offers!

Things are going good for my mother here at New Day Cottages. She seems to be adjusting well and starting to come out her shell. The community is clean and very well-kept. The staff is helpful and takes care of my concerns in a timely manner. There are good activities for the residents throughout the week. She feels comfortable here and it almost feels like home. The owner of this community is great, he has gone out his way to check on my mother when she was sick. This was a good fit for us because it is close to us so we are able to visit her often. I do feel they are taking good care of my mother so I would recommend this community.

New Day Cottages at Pine Creek is a beautiful facility. I was very pleased with the services offered to my father and the help he received as he was adjusting to being in assisted living. The facility was very clean and bright. The staff was caring and thoughtful. My father has passed but I highly recommend New Day Cottages at Pin Creek.

This is my testimonial of the care of my sister Ilene Hawk at New Day Cottages. Ilene is going on four years at New Day Cottages. The care that she has received has been absolutely the best that I could have ever hoped for. .I leve has been of good sound mind, and may times has told me how good they are to her, and beleive you me if they were not good to her I would have heard about it because she is not afraid to speak her mind. The care that she has received has by far exceeded the care that I would have ever expected from any care facility. There efforts to engage there residents and family in keep you young activities has been great. Not once have I ever went to see my sister, but what I don't ask her how are you doing, has she ever said anything other than pretty good for a old gal. If I would ever have to go into a care facility and could make my own choice I would be knocking at the New Day Cottages Door. The food is great the care is great, the staff from the owner Steve right down to the house cleaning maid and everyone in between is the best I could have ever hoped fore. My mother entered New Day Cottages Pine Creek shortly after the opening and has resided there for a year. We had an unpleasant experience elsewhere where she was nervous and unsure of surroundings, facility routine and expectations. She settled in easily at New Day and is content, happy and almost always smiling. She really enjoys the home like feeling, the activities, the events and having the staff and residents close by to talk with. The meals are served with residents together at the family style tables. My nursing background has given me a definite view of how loved ones should be cared for. I am very secure with the care and sensitivity of the staff. They really get to know the residents. The slightest change in health, personality or activity level is noticed, and I am called immediately. Even the owner knows mom and each resident personally and is very aware of their needs and care. Medications are given on time according to the doctor’s order and are properly recorded. Questions or concerns regarding medications etc. have been immediately addressed and filtered to the correct person such as the doctor, house manager or administrator. I feel sure mom is in the right place at this point in her life!

They are doing a very good job so far. It's nice and new, and very clean. The staff is friendly. We don't have any complaints so far. We are pretty happy with them, it's working out well so far.

New Day Cottages is a blessing to mom & our family. Their love for her is very evident. They truly care about her and are extremely observant of her physical, mental, spiritual & social health. They communicate readily & thoroughly with our family. And we observe the same loving care for the other residents. Our family is very secure with mom living there. We are very strong advocates for her and accept only the best. We moved mom from a community where the dollar appeared to be more important than the resident. This showed in every aspect from administration down. Since the move, mom is happier, more content and peaceful. And, even at times has much more clarity. God has truly blessed us thru Steve Feldman, the owner. He truly cares for the seniors.

Great place, the staff takes the time to get to know my mom and what she likes. They know my whole family by name. We feel like family when we walk in the door. I am so glad we chose to bring ber here instead of a bigger place. Thank you to all the staff.

I loved it! It was a small place, too small for my loved one but I thought it was very nice. The people were wonderful and when you first walk in, the lobby is gorgeous. My loved one wanted a bigger place because she loves interacting with a lot of people, and this place was too small for her, but I loved it.
