Like all places, the staff there have really stepped up to do everything necessary to fill in for the lack of staff. Getting people to work is terrible. Hire someone and you're lucky if they even show up or stay past a few days when asked to help fill in. Sadly places like Royal Care are feeling this, but they are also lucky to have staff that will step up and help wherever they're needed. The burn out for this field is rampant. The only reason I rated activities at a 3 is because there currently is not an activities director. I know they're working on it. Overall we've had a great experience. I like that they give open and honest responses to questions and don't try to hide anything. Also, no need to set appointments to go there.

I appreciate [name removed[ and [name removed]. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable and accommodating to meet our specific needs. Staff overall have been responsive as well. I really like the relaxed and homey atmosphere. I would recommend Brookside Commerce to others.

Royal Care was great. They were so good dealing with my loved one. The communication are care was superb. There are three meals a day and snacks available. The residents have choices. The staff will even come to get you so you can eat as a family.

The Brookside Stone Mountain community is always very clean when we come to visit and the staff members are great. When we speak with our loved one she says she loves the meals and dining service. Right now they do not have an activities director so they are failing at that, but we hope once they do hire someone that will improve quickly. Compared to other communities in the area the overall value is great and based on what we have experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

We chose Brookside Commerce because she wanted to be close to different family members. So far everything has been working out here and she has been happy. I do think it is a great value for the money. We have had no complaints and would definitely recomemnd.

Wonderful staff members who walked me through the daily routines of patient care. Very clean, lovely rooms and some great activities. The patients all seemed happy and well cared for.

I highly recommend this place!! I have never seen a place that lives and takes care of their patients at the level they do. Every employee goes above and beyond expectations. Sadly my mom passed away after being here a short time. I wish I had moved her in a long time ago. I just can’t say enough good things about them and can’t think of anything negative.

Brookside is a wonderful place to call home. The decor is welcoming and clean. Unlike some ALF's, there is no unpleasant odor. The dining area is beautiful and the food is delicious and prepared by professional chefs. The staff is amazing and provide top notch care to the residents. The administrator goes above and beyond for her residents and their families. Great place to call home!!

My mom has been at Brookside since November 2018 ,when we were told she would need 24 hour care. This place is so sweet and caring ! The staff enjoys their job and make the residents feel at home. I get photos during the day when I am work of my mom and something they are doing . I really do love this place and the staff who are there. I think of them as family. They love my mom and she loves them :)

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We liked the environment and the nice staff. We were not looking for the type of care at the time. We would recommend this community if this was the care that we needed at the time. We would recommend that families tour this community the care for a loved one.

Was really impressed with what I saw. Everyone seemed happy and workers was very caring.

[Removed] was so very helpful to our family during this very stressful time with my Dad. She really went up and beyond in helping with all the transitions of pharmacy, Dr. orders, discharge from Rehab Center, Home Health and met with us during the weekend to accommodate other family members the chance to tour and ask questions. We are very blessed that "A Place for Mom" was instrumental in giving us options for the best care.

The food is real good at this community. The staff have been helpful and I have good communication with them. There is always something going on including singing and bingo. They keep the community well taken care of and I would recommend it.

This is a nice community and we like the staff who are caring and friendly. The community is very clean. The meals are good, but a few adjustments could be made. They need additional staff at times. They do offer activities for the residents. We would recommend this community for families wanting care for a loved one.

After looking all over the place for substantial senior living for my mom, i was severely disappointed by most places in that they offered low monthly Apartment rates but the Level of care rates skyrocketed. Also they were being run by tyrants that wouldn't budge on Pricing or room type selection. Once i came to tour and eventually place my mom at this location, i found that she flourished and i could not beat the pricing structure. The new management was so knowledgeable about the community and in being attentive to our needs. Price, Location, Staff, Appearance, and activities were all 5 star in my slightly slanted opinion ( My mom lived there!) If you can go check this place out, Just call and check it out!

My mother is doing very well since her move into the Brookside. The place is very clean and all of the staff and caregivers are very friendly. Mother has joined the exercise program and bingo. She tells me that the meals are very good. She always gets enough food and some. My mother is happy to be there and I'm happy she is doing well.

Brookside has been newly renovated. Our contact was very informative during the tour. The facility was nice, clean, and the resident seemed very involved in activities, lunch etc. This is a nice place to consider.
