Lake House Assisted Living

I am currently a resident at Trinity Place Assisted Living and most everything has been great for me here, so far. The staff and friendliness are great. The cleanliness, care services and activities are also great. The food I would say is okay to good. I would recommend this facility to others.

I moved in to Trinity Place in July of 2023. Since I have arrived everyone has been so kind and caring. I have made many friends with the other residents and the staff. I could not ask for a better place to live.

Great place to live, staff are warm and friendly. Family atmosphere. Puts my mind at ease knowing that Trinity Place is taking care of my Dad. They make you feel like you're family. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend Trinity Place Assisted Living to other families.

We were very happy with the Lake House facility. I could come and go at various times. There were a lot of activities going on. They helped me schedule my loved one's doctor appointments and the transportation to and from. The facility had places our family could take him to to celebrate birthdays and holidays. I really appreciated all they did for us.

Our family was so happy to find such a loving place for our father! He loves all the staff and is so pleased to call The Lake House his new home, the activity director keeps everyone active lots of fun outings, he especially enjoys his time in the cafeteria socializing with friends. We would highly recommend The Lake House!

Lake House is awesome and we couldn't be happier. My dad loves the place. It is a newer facility so everything is crisp and clean. It has a craftsman design style which makes it feel like a quality place. I visit every other day so I am here a lot. From what I have seen, the staff members who work here are super friendly which makes the residents happy and talkative. Everyone seems to be in a good mood on both sides. I would definitely recommend to others.

Lake House is a good fit for my friend. Different people need different things and so far it has been great for him. It works well because it is a smaller facility, they give him just a couple of options for food which works out well for him, and they come and knock on his door when it is time to eat which he needs. Everyone seems to know everybody and it is easier for him to make friends since there are less residents. They are a pet friendly facility, if he gets to the point he cannot care for his cat we are able to pay an extra fee per month and they will feed her and change the litter box. Another plus is that his doctor is at Lake House. Overall it has been a good situation for him.

My tour at Trinity Place was good. The facility was clean. I liked them.

We chose Trinity Place mainly because it was so bright and cheery when we walked in. The people were all very friendly and the location is also great for us. The room sizes are very nice, he has the smaller studio and he has got plenty of room. The meals here are chef prepared meals and he enjoys them. The staff are on top of everything and keep in great communication. I would recommend to others looking.

My father has been at Lake House for 2 1/2 years. Being a family run business you have their personal telephone numbers so that you can call 24 hours a day. You don’t get this from a corporation. My father has received kindness, consideration, and the best care I could ask for. Lake House is clean, beautifully furnished . This facility is run by a mother and son, and the mother decorates for every occasion. The staff are receptive to any needs you might have for your loved ones. There is a resident Council every month so that if a question arises it is dealt with. The families are included in all of the celebrations, Thanksgiving and Christmas a meal is arranged for the whole family of every resident, and I tell you it’s five star, the chefs are amazing. If you are looking for somewhere for your loved one, and you know you can sleep at night knowing that their every need is met then Lake House is where you should go.

We like this community for my moyher's care. The community is alittle smaller and we found it to be a good fit for her care. the staff is very nice and attentive to her needs. The meals are appealing. They do offer her activities with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value to other families.

Loved this place. [Removed] and [Removed] are both helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Loved watching them interact with the residents. Saw several activities during my visit. Very homey.

Lake house is the top end of these kinds of places, very nice but many things offered my dad will never be able to use.

My loved one and I really enjoyed our tour of Lake House Assisted Living. The bedrooms and the bathroom at this community where outstanding. They were beautifully decorated with lots of light throughout the room. This would have been my first choice for my mom but she needed more memory care then they had offered.

Lake House is fresh and new with an attractive Craftsman style and a floorplan that is easy for elderly people to maneuver. It is a smaller community, which we believe is ideal for my mother at this stage in her life. The owners and staff are friendly, approachable, and sincerely caring! They have created a loving, caring, home-like atmosphere, helping each resident feel a part of the "family." My Mom likes the food! That alone is a stand out! Homecooked rather than institutional is how we see it! And there is a small garden in the courtyard with tomatoes, peppers, and okra that are used by the chef. The staff keeps the resident rooms clean, too, daily emptying the trash and mopping bathroom floors, and replacing towels. They get an "A+" in that department! The room always smells fresh! The activity director does a great job of including each resident, adapting activities, and making whatever they do FUN and full of laughter! We are very happy about our decision to have my Mom live at Lake House.

Lake House is awesome! They have an individual button necklace for each resident that they can push for ANY kind of help, from getting a drink of water to helping get out of bed or getting dressed! Although they've only recently opened, staff is wonderful so far and we couldn't be happier. Office staff/owners are very interested in making everyone happy. A brand new facility can't be beat!

My dad really enjoyed his Respite care at the Lake House. The people are amazing and the food was awesome. The smell of fresh baked cookies every day was a bonus.

A Place for Mom through Senior Advisor has been nothing but wonderful. They helped us find an Assisted Living facility immediately. We chose the Lake House in Largo, Fl for it's location and its brand new facility. The staff is very friendly, very experienced and the living quarters are awesome as well as the food and medical attention. Thank you to Senior Advisor, A Place for Mom and especially Miriam Bosch from A Place for Mom for her tireless guidance. All 3 organizations rate 5 stars from my wife and I.

The ability to meet the individual needs of the resident is wonderful. There is a nice home-like atmosphere. The buildings smell just like home, not like a residential institution. The food is well made and flavorful and meets the dietary needs of the residents. There are several activities each day, but they are a bit redundant. The memory care building is very home-like and the residents are respected as functioning adults, even when there are severe limitations. Communication with family is a bit less than anticipated.

I had a very nice tour of this facility. The community looked great, but the room they showed us was small. The staff was friendly, and polite. However the head nurse at this community was hard to understand. I did not think that would be a good situation for my love one. My tour went well, but this was not the right fit for my love one.
