Our family was very pleased with Avery Village. It was an agonizing decision for us to place our mother in a memory care facility. Our first meeting with the director put us at ease. She came in and made us feel that we were making the right decision. Once mother got to the home, she became alive again. Being with her peers and enjoying the activities that she could participate in. Each and every one of the nurses, caregivers, and directors made her feel special and made us feel special too. They always welcomed us to come into the facility at any time and we never felt that we were unwanted. The facility itself has been renovated, painted, new flooring and furniture and is a bright and happy place. If there was any problems or we had any questions, they were fixed and answered in a prompt and timely manner. We came to love the staff in the short time that Mom was there and they grieved as we grieved when Mom passed. It is a very compassionate and wonderful place.

Kind and caring staff. Seems that there are plenty of staff to assist with memory care patients. Room sizes and amenities offered in memory care are good.

Excellent communication. I believe the staff truly cared about the residents. Several factors caused me to place my uncle 16 hours by car away from me and near other family. I never felt like it was a bad decision to place him at Lanier. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Avery Village cared for my mom for 2 years before she passed. She spent time in both the Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities in the building. I cannot praise enough the wonderful administration and staff! They treated my mom with dignity and respect, and always went out of their way to help her in any way they could…truth! Avery has a “down home” feel to it, and everyone is super nice and friendly. The food prepared by the chef is great, and my mother, a picky eater, enjoyed the meals and actually put on some weight when she was there. The facility is located in a small town that has a park across the street, that hosts a Saturday market which is also an attractive feature. In summary, if you are looking for a facility for your loved one, don’t hesitate to consider Avery Village as your choice. The strength of these types of facilities lies in the staff, and Avery excels in this regard.

Communication has been great with all personnel at Lanier Village, whether it's been via phone, via text or emails. All information has come across plain and clear and they have been available for us to answer questions as we had them. The move-in process was easy. They were available to help us with the move in and guided us with any items we might need for the set up of my dad's room and his needs as a resident there. The meals are good quality. They are well rounded, balanced meals. All three, each day. Someone is cleaning there every day, all day long. Lanier Village is a very clean community. Staff - from the Director, to the chef, to custodial, to maintenance office, med tech, caregivers, and doctors all have been very friendly and helpful in the transition of moving my dad to Lanier Village. They were very easy to work with and knowledgeable about things that we were not sure of and gave credible advice to us during this time. It's a very friendly place. It's a family. I would recommend Lanier Village to others.

My son was hospitalized in January 2023, first in ICU and then in an Accute care Hospital.. in late April of this year he was able to move to Lanier Village. We moved him there so it would be close and I could visit. The Nurse snd staff helped me find a Dr to visit him there. The nurses see that he gets all his meds. He has made improvements there and they see that he gets great care. He has a studio and it has a fridge and microwave and private bath with handicap features. They furnish wifi and cable tv connections. He likes the food and the dining room and also the large great room area. He is pleased with the care he receives there and I am happy he is in a clean well cared for place so I can visit him there.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with Kennesaw Place. The staff are wonderful and caring. They make all the residents feel at home. Everyone is friendly. We would recommend Kennesaw Place to others for their loved ones. It really is a very nice place with a home like atmosphere. The price is going up quickly and it's losing an edge over other communities because of the price.

I would put Kennesaw Place in the same category as L[facility name removed] although I did see residents moving around and they seemed happy. Director at Kennesaw Place frowned on all inclusive places but I was very happy with the care my mother received at [facility name removed]. Kennesaw Place had a high "community fee". I encourage everyone to take a tour and do their due diligence. All of these places are super eager to get you in there and pictures can be deceiving.

My loved one is currently a resident at Big Springs Village and everything has been great, great experience so far. I will say, I do feel like they do need more snack opportunities in the Memory Care Unit. I would most definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured Lanier Village when searching for Memory Care for our loved one. Our tour of this facility was excellent! The cleanliness and friendliness were great!

What we really like about Kennesaw Place is the staff is warm and welcoming, it is evident that they love my parents and take excellent care of them, this has been our third community and by far the best! Finally feel like my parents are at home, safe and loved! Yes we would recommend! I already have! One of my co-workers moved her mom in last month

We are very satisfied with Kennesaw Place.Suffice it to say that my loved one is very happy at Kennesaw Place. The staff is excellent, and the facility seems to be very nice. He says the food is good, too. Thus far, we are both very pleased with the decision to have him live there.

My loved one had just a brief stay at Lanier Place, but the staff were very caring and very helpful. We were looking forward to having her there and wished she could have spent more time there. I would highly recommend it.

This facility was great! They went way over what they needed to do. My loved one needed more care than they typically provide, but they did so great with him while he was there. Everyone was very nice, I never heard anyone complain. Even the young people who work here go above and beyond. Very pleasant personalities that work here. It's clean. Communication with the family is good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My mom has been there a number of years and she is happy to be at Lanier Place. I feel that most of the employees are patient and caring with the demands and challenges of aging parents. [name removed], the director of memory care has been a great asset to Lanier Place. She has always been communicative about the needs of her residents. She is always friendly and has taken the time to know her residents. Let’s hope that Enlivant works to hire and maintain long term employees like [name removed] that get to know the people they are caring for.

Dad is so loved and taken care of at Lanier Place! [name removed] does awesome keeping the residents entertained and involved. In fact every employee there is so personable and caring. I am kept informed about how my dad is doing and always welcome to visit and felt welcomed myself!

The staff is very supportive and caring with the residents. I would highly recommend Lanier Place to anyone who is looking for a quality assisted living community. They treated my Mom with love and respect while she was at the facility.

Lanier Place is a great facility - especially for memory care patients. The personnel have been amazing and have been so helpful with my Mom as she declines. I am so grateful for their sensitive attitude and for all the activities they provide for our memory care residents.

The apartments are very clean and they keep all the gathering spaces and open common rooms very clean. The staff are very good. We like the smaller scale of the community, it is not to overwhelming for our loved one. Based on their calendar they seem to have fairly a lot of activities going on.
