My loved one is currently a resident at Canoe Brook Assisted Living Catoosa and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The staff is great and they care about their residents, they are involved with them. Communication with the family is great. The charge nurse responds back to me immediately. They use their pharmacy and refill my loved one's prescriptions when needed. I would recommend Canoe Brook Assisted Living Catoosa to others.

What our family likes the most about the Saddlebrook community is the overall atmosphere as well as the caring people they have working there. The staff members have a good attitude, they are always willing to help and make things easier. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Riverside Oxford Memory Care facility is great! The move in was easy. They have a big cart to help you in and [name removed],the maintenance man, helped us. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my mom says that they are that way even when the family isn't there. The meals are good. Chef [name removed] does a great job. They have been good about communicating and they post lots of photos on their FB page. Mom's room is kept clean and if there has been an issue they are right on it. They also clean the hall carpets often. I would recommend this facility to others!

It was so nice and cool. I got right in for my appointment and did not have to wait which I appreciated. The room sizes at Riverside Oxford are small but comfortable! I would recommend to others looking for memory care.

The residents are always busy doing something Ex playing ball in the common area or arts and crafts also they are always eating good food and I feel the love each time I come by Oxford glenn Grand Prairie is the best in what they do

Staff was very, very friendly, very clean. Food was very good. They delivered meals to my aunt when she did not feel like going to the diner would’ve love to stay longer, but my aunt needed more care and memory care. Was full. For her health and safety I had to move her out. The top maintenance man gets a superstar

What we really like about this community is the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff team and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Saddlebrook community to other families.

My loved one is happy here. The staff are wonderful to work with. My loved one is able to speak to family and staff. I wouldn't place my loved one in any other community then here. The Executive Director is wonderful. They only hire direct hires, and they don't have agency medical care staff, and there is a nurse on staff. The staff is amazing! They truly love and care for the residents. The director is always able to speak to family. The value is good, and biggest bang for your buck. There are activities to keep the residents engaged and social. They have furniture and bedding providing. The food is excellent.

They are doing everything that they said that they would do. We are happy and would definitely recommend Canoe Brook to others.

I used Oxford Glen for a short period of time. From the moment you walk in the door; you are greeted by a wonderful staff. From marketing lady to care manager and executive director and [name removed]- Everyone is top notch and great at what they do. Extremely professional and quick action when issues happen. Perfect solution for your family needs. If you choose this place you will be in good hands, my mother was in her final days. But above else, she was happy there. Perfect fit for us based on location.

We were so impressed when we came to see The Oxford that we were so grateful we were able to pick them for our loved one and so far the experience has worked our beautifully. The staff members are very attention and very friendly. The food is fantastic, we have not had a meal ourselves but our loved one and other family members that go and visit just rave about the service and quality. The activities are great - there is so much to do there to keep our loved one active and engaged. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Workers share a lot of love and care to my aunt daily. This place has well prepared staff who makes the rest of the family know that our aunt is been watched and loved in a warm facility.

Overall good places to be . The staff is so caring and make life living fun. They're more like family than staff.

Beautiful community. Well ran meet with several of the management team. I could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Family feel, no urine odor, great community.

Wonderful place to work, friendly atmosphere

Overall we have been very happy with The Oxford Grand community. There are fairly new residents here, and the staff are pretty good about getting our loved one for meal time and making sure to invite him to different activities they have going on. They have bingo every now and then, live entertainment and ice cream socials. He really enjoys going to the morning exercise classes. Our loved ones happiness is pretty high so we would say everything is so far so good and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families. We like that it is a smaller community so families and loved ones do not have to feel very overwhelmed.

I have visited this community many times and always seem to see smiling faces. It seems to have a lot of engagement going on with the staff and residents and I enjoy my visits here. Definitely a good place to visit if looking for memory care.
