Assisted Living in Riverside

They always know what is happening with their clients. My mother was always clean and dressed daily except for the end of life. If mom asked for a cookie and milk, they gave it to her. She loved milk and cookies. [name removed] would always call us or advise us if there was a problem. The staff were great, kind, and loving.

Villa Anne is a 24 hour residential care facility for the elderly, licensed by the State of California, owned by [names removed]. I feel happy, safe with a secured surrounding and environment. Employees are very helpful. I feel well taken care of in all areas. Thank you!!!

Have in the past, - home care nurse. Appears that my husband gets good care. Clean and well fed. Wish he would move around more but I know it's hard.

Of the two homes I visited, I didn’t see any residents up and walking around the residence. My mother is still very mobile and I am concerned that she will lose her ability. Other than that, I thought the residents were well cared for and treated with respect and kindness.

Villa Anne is a place anyone would have a peace of mind to care for they're loved one. The staff is caring and attentive. It is clean and nicely modeled. The Owner [name removed] is hands on, she goes above and beyond expectations. Fe treats her residents as family and will see to it that your loved one has all the provisions needed to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking placement.

I am really happy with the staff and the care with this community. I like knowing that they are able to help him with all of his personal needs, I know that he is pleased with the healthy meals that are served. We like knowing that he is socal. He does enjoy the out door area and the garden. The kitchen is beautiful My father has adjusted to living here and it makes me feel good knowing that he is happy here. I would recommend this for the best community for his needs

We toured this community for the care of my mom. The staff were nice and seemed very caring. The community was clean. The menu was appealing to the variety of meals. My mom wanted a community that was more lively and bright that she liked alot. We would recommend this community to other families.

Villa Anne is where we put my dad. [Removed] the owners are so caring. The caregivers live with the patients so there is no changing faces which can upset Alzheimer's patients. The pharmacy delivers the meds so I didn't have to get them monthly. The staff take the patients to the doctor and then let me know if there is a problem. I can't say enough about how much I love this place. My dad was a little difficult, but [Removed] knew how to deal with him and calm him down. And [Removed] is licensed for hospice as well, so we didn't have to move my dad. The Christmas parties are fun, too. Oh, and the food is cooked fresh.

It's an excellent place! We have scheduled visits and just stopped by, and it's always clean, and he looks healthier than when we first brought him. They took him dancing, and he likes racing so they took him to the Fontana Speedway to see races. One of the caregiver has their own garden, that raises the vegetables they eat in their meals.

HIGHLY IMPRESSED with home, Fe Mastrado, and what she offers. Clearly her passion; seems easy to work with; we think a lot alike. Private room/private bath available. OK to use some of Bill's furnishings. Appears to be everything I'm looking for and more + price is right. Price all inclusive; no extras. Still want to see a few more homes for comparison, but this may be the one! Think Bill would be happy here. Will make unannounced visit and check on past violations/ deficiencies/outcomes prior to making final decision.

Villa Anne provides a positive and caring environment for residents. The facility is very clean, the staff are cheerful and respectful toward the residents. Fe Maestro, the owner and a great woman, plans outings and parties for residents who wish to participate.

[name removed] and staff were very friendly. Facility is homey. Rooms were too small for our needs but [name removed] took us to see her other facility Villa Anne which just might work for mom , if the bigger private room becomes available...

During our tour the staff made sure to greet us with a warm welcome and big smiles. They answered any questions we had with lots of patience and detail. I do wish they had more private rooms available and that there was not so long of a waiting list.

This care home is owned by a nice couple. The caregivers are friendly and do a good job of taking care of my mom. The food is homemade and mom does not like it. I am not sure if it is her or the food. My only complaint is that I think they should have more activities and time to go outside.

The Rosemont Villa is a lovely place. The staff is vert caring and kind. They take care of my mom, so, they are very patient. We are happy with all their services and my mom is happy at the Rosemont Villa in Riverside, California. Thank you.

We had my sister in this home for 5 days. They did not bother to tell us that she could not give herself her own injections of insulin, instead waiting 3 days. Sorry to say they are not capable passing out pills for people who are on a lot of them. My sister got up in the middle of the night and pulled out her catheter accidentally.The next night she fell on the floor and was there for an hour before her and her roommate screamed enough to wake the people up that were supposed to be watching her. Needless to say I would not recommend this place for anybody who needs 24-hour care.
