Mom has lived at RCC for a few years. She has been cared for by the staff like she was their family member. I would not have her any other place because I can count on these people to give her good care. Any concerns that may come up from me or my family are addressed by management immediately. I and my family are truly grateful for RCC and their commitment to the best care for not just my mother, but for all the residents that reside there. The management team of [name removed]and [name removed]do everything they can to help you manage your loved one’s stay. They have helped arrange their wheelchair available bus to help when you need it. The staff in the memory care unit is always there when you need them.

My Aunt was a resident. The care she received was personal and caring. She enjoyed going to the dining room for meals. Visiting with new found friends. The activities were so much fun. Thank you Residences at Coffee Creek.

I toured this facility when looking for a place for my mom. We chose the facility, but unfortunately, my mom passed before she was able to move in. I was hopeful my mom would be able to call Coffee Creek her home and enjoy all of the offered services. The presentation of the facility and compassion from the staff were exactly what we were looking for.

My husband and I are staying at NorthWoods Village for a few months because we are both undergoing medical treatments that require frequent doctor visits and extra care. The staff and accommodations at NorthWoods Village have been a real blessing for us. We have experienced a couple of unexpected emergencies that we would not have been able to handle at home. NortWoods staff took very good care of our needs. They are kind and patient and take away the burden of the day to day routine so that we can concentrate on getting well.

My mother and father have been at Coffee Creek for the past 9 months. They are happy with the facility and staff. The facility is very nice and staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. My sister and I are happy that our parents are safe and happy.

What a beautiful place. I'm looking into a safe environment for my dear 85 year old mom. She has dementia and I've looked at quite a few places for her to live. This was the most welcoming group of people. It's super clean, has lots to offer for activities and the food is amazing. It also felt very safe which is super important to me. They even invited my mom and I to Christmas brunch so she could see the place. [name removed] was wonderfully kind and understanding.

I have visited The Residences at Coffee Creek several times and have found it to be a friendly, cheerful place from the staff to the residents. It is immaculate and the staff is caring, dedicated and enthusiastic.

The most important thing is people who truly care. I have entrusted my mother to the people of Northwoods Village and they treat her with genuine kindness at all times. Every time I visit, the staff is kind and attentive and a pleasure to be with. They understand what families are going through and they are there to help. It’s a wonderful place.

The staff, in every department treats the residents like it is their own parents/grandparents. Kind and caring. Everyone was friendly, lunch was delicious with lots of options. The residents were even nice and introduced themselves.

Residences at Coffee Creek is a phenomenal place to live. It is a warm like home like environment to retire at. The friendliness and kindness makes it so easier to naturally feel welcomed. The Staff members are so supportive and respectful towards the residents in every way shape and form. The quality of care for nursing side is phenomenally complimented!!! The housekeeping is phenomenal and strive to keep all of the apartments well cleaned, dusted, vacuumed and shiny. The Kitchen staff are all so pleasant, respectful, kind, caring , friendly, supportive and patient.

If you are lonely and a senior this is a great place to be. The staff are friendly and they keep it nice and clean. I like visiting with friends in the lobby. It's nice to have someone to talk to. The staff here really care about us and I like that my family helped me find this place.

Our elderly father came to NWV several months ago. Since his arrival his overall health has greatly improved due to the TOP CARE provided by all the staff—from the management, nursing, cna, kitchen, and cleaning. It is nice to work with a dedicated team who truly cares about our father as a person as we all walk toghther through this chapter of his life with dignity.

My wife [name removed]had dementia. We were childhood sweethearts and had celebrated over 50 wonderful years of marriage together. I initially tried caring for [name removed] at home, but after a couple years I had to place her into a nursing home. I visited 4 local facilities and chose Northwoods Village. They are dedicated solely to residents with memory issues. What a loving and skilled group of caregivers!!! I was worried about how [name removed] would be taken care of, but I immediately saw the excellent quality of care my wife received. I was at Northwoods Village every day. I soon felt like I was among family. [name removed] flourished there for two happy years. She died last year, but she will always remain in my heart. So will the Northwoods Village staff. My thanks and deepest gratitude go out to the incredible people who work at Northwoods Village at Edison Lakes.

We moved my mother to Northwood from a different facility due to care issues. Everything has been better here. They have been compassionate, attentive, and tolerant of my mother. We are so happy we are here at Northwood. It was a good decision to come here.

I am very glad we finally decided to move my sister into North Woods. She has been getting excellent care - much better then what we were able to provide at home. The chef there is really good and much better then what we have seen during tours at other places. There is also something always going on but what really sets them apart is that I always see the staff interacting with my sister and making her feel comfortable. They are very kind and caring!

They take care of my mom so amazingly! The food is wonderful! All the people are so nice and friendly! It’s very very clean! I would take any of my loved ones there and is I end up with Alzheimer’s I hope they let me stay there!
