This is a beautiful well kept facility. The staff are always helpful, pleasant, & encouraging. I feel this is a safe & secure place for my mother.

Everyone that I came in contact with during my mothers time at Cap May, showed compassion and kindness. Excellent care, excellent staff. Excellent facilities!

I've lived here now for 5 years and it's been a great experience. I love my apartment and the staff but most of all, I love the people here. This is an educated community where people are able to have actual conversations rather than looking at their phones all of the time (sometimes it's a real pleasure being older!)We are right in the downtown area and can walk to many places including the short north and the north market (fresh bread, wonderful cheeses). We also have a shuttle bus with a wonderful driver. [name removed] takes us on trips around central Ohio. We've just had our fall arts and crafts sale and will begin preparations for the short north yard sale in June. How wonderful it is to participate in all of the activities that are available within our community and in the surrounding area. Don't know when I ever found time to work!

Our new resident experience was smooth and pleasant. Our villa was ready on time and beautifully decorated. The maintenance staff was helpful with the few issues we had with the move

I came to the area to visit. While visiting I took a tour of the facility. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They introduced some of the residents by first names that were in the community areas and they all spoke highly of the facility. I was impressed by the first name basis on both sides. There were activities going on and the residents and staff were engaging and seemed to be enjoying the activities. The facilities were very clean and had an inviting feel. I was expecting a cold and sterile environment but was met with a friendly and homey atmosphere. Thank you for the pleasant and educational tour.

Mom has now passed, but dad is still a resident at Mount Pleasant. They have both been welcomed and enjoy the experience of a community of fellow members. Their care has been exceptional and we are completely satisfied.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They are always ready to help with any problem. I don't like to miss baseball and football games.

Cape May is the absolute best community for my parents. They love their spacious apartment. All of the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The buildings and grounds are very well cared for. Highly recommend!

Resident fees covers all utilities inclusing phone calls in country. Also 1 meals per day provided. Good choices of washers and dryers in room. Kitchen appliances furnished. I have a call button for emergency use. My furniture is used from my home, also my sheets, towels, kitchen items and etc. Basic cleaning is done about every two weeks. Repairs are done promptly as needed. People here are helpful and good about answering questions, etc. I provide my breakfast and snack items. Also, my own correspondence items and reading materials. Halls and common rooms are clean and neat. It all works out very well and my apartment is comfortable. I enjoy it.

My mom and dad lived at Cape May for 6.5 years. Their villa was top notch. They loved living there. I wish that my dad could have stayed, but distance was a problem for me.

We contacted Cape May regarding an elderly person who was in need of care. His house had burned and he needed care quickly. The staff was pleasant, efficient and obviously cares for their residents.

Approaching 90 years of age and recently widowed, I visited Cape May and moved to be nearer my family. I feel at home here, making friends and enjoying the open spaces, love comfortable apartment and activities.

Have been here for four years and can't say enough. From the moment I entered the campus it felt like home. The grounds are well kept and the houses are individually designed. No cookie cutter here. The atmosphere is so friendly with both residents and staff. We have an activity director who keeps us entertained as well as exersize at our Gym with a professional coach. Life at Mt. Pleasant is wonderful.

The staff are very easy to work with and very helpful. We had a lot of issues with our loved one's long term care insurance, and they went above and beyond, constantly faxing and constantly emailing. We finally did get it to go through, and everything has been great. They're dong a great job with his care.

My mom was here rehab and then Aassisted Living respite care. Now she is moving into Independent Living apartment. She feels like this is home.

I stayed in rehab for 3 days following knee replacement surgery. The care I received was compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the services provided here.

I did my rehab here at Cape May after a broken hip. I was impressed with the beautiful campus and facility. My treatment went well, the staff was great and since I have solf my home, and moved to Independent Living at Cape May. I am meeting ne wpeople and enjoying my new lifestyle.

Extremely patient and helpful while I gathered the necessary documents for my parents' move from MI to OH. Very clean and beautiful apartments, houses, grounds. My parents' apartment has a beautiful, sunny view that overlooks the villas and part of the lake making it feel like a neighborhood.

I've been extremely happy living here for the past nine years - been completely satisfied with the staff and services I've been provided with - only leaving to be close to family.
