Chancellor Health Care LLC

A parent lives here and since Chancellor Health Care bought this community in 2022, the care, facilities and service have gone from not great to EXTRAORDINARY. So much has changed. The staff seems happier, the food is great now (and we go regularly to have a meal with our parent), the care is more professional and the facilities and grounds are SO much better maintained. Chancellor also has more activities and entertainment. Kudos to the new ownership and our sincere thanks always to this great team.

Great organization, very helpful and met all the things on my list for my Dad.The Inn is taking good care of my dad. I would recommend to other families.

It's a very nice place. As it relates to activiites, they offer something different everyday.

The residents make the whole facility - they make new comers feel very welcome. The staff was very attentive to residents needs and knew all of them by name. I do think they could have a little more variety on the food menu and staff could be more encouraging to the residents to participate in activities. I would for sure recommend The Inn on Villa Lane to others.

So grateful for the new management. They have ben quick to resolve any issues. My dad loves the food.

This is a great place. Very devoted and friendly staff. Lots of activities and there's a fun atmosphere. Everyone gets along-staff and residents alike! The food is excellent.

Facility was warm and welcoming from the gal at the front desk to the executive director to [name removed] the Sales person. I met staff along my tour and they looked happy and welcoming. Facility was clean.

My mom has lived here [date removed] and really enjoys it. The staff is so nice and there are lots of activities. On Halloween they had trick or treaters visit and it was a joyful experience for all.

Wonderful, caring staff. They always help. Warm, caring Executive Director. She solves any problem that needs addressing.

my mom lives at The Inn and has been there for 1 1/2 years. In all the staff there is great and so attentive to my moms needs. She stays busy with the activities, entertainment and love's the food. The administration staff is always warm and welcoming just as the caregivers are. I would recommend the Inn to anyone needing to place a loved one

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The newness of the building is wonderful here. Some of the activities include outings, ice cream socials, and more for the residents to choose from. The food variety and quality could be improved for the residents. There are three meals a day and snacks provided to the residents. There are also choices for the residents to choose from for meals.

Th Inn on Villa Lane is always a very clean community and the staff members are just great they are so friendly. I have personally been able to experience their meals, I was able to have lunch two days in a row and it was like eating at a 5 star restaurant. Our friend who is at the community also thinks the food is great. They certainly have good activities throughout the day, there are different board games, they bring in live entertainment and even bring in the comfort dogs. Compared to other communities we had checked out they are very competitive with their pricing.

The reason I gave Experience & Staff 4's Is because as with all other care facilities this one seems short staffed. I understand many work places are short staffed right now.

Clackamas View was the 4th facility my family member had lived in and he was the happiest there. They kept his door open because he was a fall risk, and he did not mind that because every staff person that walked by greeted him and talked to him, he enjoyed their interaction very much. I appreciated that his hygiene was a priority with them, and he was always in good condition when I visited. He could be demanding about his needs but they always obliged and helped him with whatever he wanted changed or adjusted. They even got him to play games, which gave him an opportunity to get to know the other residents. I was very pleased and thankful that he was well cared for.

Revere Court has been a wonderful place for my mom.

We were referred to Revere Court Memory Care facility for our Mother with Alzheimer's Disease. She was previously in Adult Foster Care but her care level needs increased and we had to find a new home that had 24 hour care and could provide for her advancing Disease. Revere Court has provided all of these requirements and more! From the virtual tour with the director, [name removed] , to our first visit with the kind and helpful staff we realized we may have found a hidden gem. The staff welcomes all of our family and we feel a part of her new community as well. They are professional and deeply caring to our Mom. The size of the facility is not too large, but also provides activity and community experiences for the residence. They are flexible and creative in adjusting the needs of the individuals which gives it a "home" feeling. It is clean and comfortable and they follow all health and safely measures. We are extremely grateful to have found this jewel for Mom.
