The Courtyard

The staff is very present, caring, and eager to make everyday living comfortable for the residents. It is heart-warming to see they have engaging activities and fun for all! In addition, my aunt is always saying she loves the food that is prepared.

The staff is very willing to help you with whatever you need. I would recommend Small Town Senior Living to others looking for retirement living.

Mostly the willingness of the staff to help. The assisted living building is very clean. But I am in independent living. I clean my own apartment. And I keep it clean. I have only participated in one activity so far. I'd say the amount I pay each month is way too high considering the work that SHOULD be done in my apartment. And if my rent goes up too much, I'll have to move again. Fixed income only goes so far.

I love the facility it's clean gives a homey feel I can call anytime to check on my mom or ask questions. I would recommend to other families.

The application process is fast and easy. All the staff are wonderful. The whole area is clean inside and out, and it's located in a beautiful area. Its a great place to live. Everyone here is great.

The staff at this facility really care about their patients. They are patient and communicate really well with the family. This facility is very cleanly! I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff is very caring and check on residents during the day. The apartment is very practical, but simple. It was easy for one person to live comfortably and safely. Would recommend to others in need of assistance with independent lifestyle.

They were spectacular during our loved ones stay here. The staff members here were wonderful with communication and I cannot say enough nice things about them. The apartment was beautiful and served his needs exceptionally well. If you want your loved one to be in a safe nurturing environment this is the place.

We chose The Courtyard because they were easy to work with and the staff members do a great job here. I have also heard a lot of recommendations too so they have a good reputation in the area. The 2 bedroom apartment she had was great size for her. We have been very happy, they will help you in anyway that they can.

Courtyard has very caring staff that really meet our individual needs. They stay in touch with the families and help the families make the best decisions for their love ones. I'm so glad I chose this facility for my mother.

The Courtyard is a smaller facility but they work so hard to make it a home, not feel like a hospital. They also have independent apartments that allow for a friendly neighborhood! [name removed] and [name removed] have always made themselves available to myself and my siblings 24/7. Mom is happy with the staff, care, food, and especially their large BINGO gatherings every Thursday!

We have recently moved our mother to The Courtyard and our experience has been very positive. Before, during and after the move, she was treated with respect, kindness and caring. She is very happy with the care she is being given and we feel very confident that The Courtyard is the perfect place for her.

They do a really good job of managing his behavior. He seems to say inappropriate things at the wrong time and they do a good job in directing that and handling it. They act quickly. I am pretty happy with them, they do a good job.

I am loving life in my new community, my apartment is spacious and has a full kitchen as well as a cozy bedroom. I have to say that the different things the staff do for the residents is amazing. They recently took all of the veterans out to dinner for veterans day and took care of the bill. They also ask us once a week if there is anything we would need for Walmart , we make a list and they go get it for us. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is the food. It needs more of a variety and flavor

This is a nice community . Very clean. The staff is excellent. I have not had alot of the food that is offered at this time.,I am willing to try more of what is offered. They do not have alot of activities to participate in. I would at this time recommend this community for others needing good care.

My mother is currently at the courtyard and has been for over a year. It is a wonderful place and they have been great to mom. As a nurse that has worked in long term care for 7 years I feel that I have a good judgement when it comes to facilities. Any issues that we have had has been addressed promptly by mr Zopfi and his staff. We are a very involved family and you must be, too. No place is perfect but the courtyard is darn close!

The staff was caring and kind. Best thing about it. Housekeeping is good, just didn't like the smell of the Clorox, etc. It was clean, but don't like all the chemical smells. The staff is really good about communicating with the family! I don't think the meals are great quality, but my mother doesn't care at all. And I'm probably not one to ask because I try to eat super healthy. I would highly recommend the facility!

They are not nice people. I was evicted for something that was totally untrue and was not given the chance to tell my side. They took the side of people who absolutely didn't know the circumstances as to what really happened instead of mine. I nothing positive to offer in defense of their actions and would NOT NOT NOT recommend you send anyone there to reside. The reason the office manager gave for my eviction was that I picked fights with other tenants and didn't want to hear the truth.

The facility is horrible. I recommend not placing loves ones. Horrible. Staff do not care!!!!!!!!

Don't send anybody to the courtyard. I don't feel that they have proper nursing care for our needs. According to the ombudsman they aren't supposed to have Alzheimers patients there. It is a retirement village not nursing care. They bathe him twice a week if that. I wouldn't recommend the place to anybody. If you have a father or mother that needs help, I wouldn't put them here. They get a zero stars in my opinion.
