I am a veteran and recently after a fall at home I was discharged from the VAMC to here. I am on a common blood thinner plus many other meds for hypertension and diabetes. I have a visiting nurse who comes and goes as she needs to. There is no price difference for this service unlike some facilities we had previously priced. I live in a 2 bed-2 bath facility. I have a dog and an assigned temperature controlled assigned underground parking spot. One of the great benefits to living here is the elevators central location. I find the staff friendly, always helpful and very accommodating. The cleanliness is always performed by the housecleaning staff.

My husband and I have lived in Roseville all our 55 years of marriage and in selecting a new home we wanted to stay in the area. Before deciding on EagleCrest we visited ten independent living facilities in a five mile radius. EagleCrest has everything we desire: Cleanliness, Christian Community, Great Roseville location close to shopping and restaurants, Spacious living and gathering spaces, Underground parking, Capable and caring staff, Great residents/neighbors, Variety of activities, Opportunities to volunteer, Food and catering services, Transportation service, etc. We have lived at EagleCrest for nearly eight years and are delighted daily to call it our home.

My mother was transferred from the hospital to Boutwells TCU with an undiagnosed fractured vertebrae. I was extremely concerned her vertebrae was fractured. Staff were very supportive and assisted our family to obtain further testing that confirmed it was indeed fractured. They had her transported back to the hospital where she is now appropriately placed in the spinal unit. She will undergo surgery to repair her back. Staff are competent and kind. They are very welcoming to family being there and open and responsive to family input. Bottom line, they saved her life.

I could not be happier with the care my Dad and Mom have received in their transitional care area. They are responsive and very kind. The staff keeps the doctors informed so cam make quick medication changes as needed.

My husband and I have lived in the independent living at Valley Ridge since it opened in 2012. We are very happy here. The staff can't be beat. There are activities to participate in. The other residents are very friendly and "down to earth". If you want to visit or just get a smile, there is usually someone to share with.

My mom has lived in an Independent Senior Living apartment at Eaglecrest for just over a year. Mom and I went together to meet with staff and see the apartments. The staff was good at listening, providing information and helping Mom decide whether or not to move in. My mom and I are both very glad she did. Here's why: Beautiful, newly remodeled apartments--lots of choice re size and price. Walk-in closet. Very safe location. Reasonable price Efficiently run residence, and staff provides kind and supportive services and individual attention Whole place is super clean, smells good, fun decorations Lots of activities--movie might, chapel and Bible study, exercise classes, parties, music, breakfast with friends, van taking residents shopping (nearby Rosedale mall, etc) and to appointments, Residents are friendly, kind, interesting

The tour was good and the staff was nice. They answered all of my questions. They explained everything very well. The room was small and an odd set up. Mom would've loved the history of Waukesha that was inside. And they had a little diner set up in there that was so nice. They are located downtown and had very limited parking.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely staff, and wonderful activities to be involved with if you choose. Staff is responsive and caring. You are greeted with kindness from everyone you pass in the halls. A great variety of interesting events and fun traditions, like the harvest festival, or the summer fair. Making Waverly Gardens my home has been an easy transition during a difficult time. The loving care of all the Waverly Gardens employees from, nurses, aids, housekeeping, and facility maintenance, to the restaurant, bistro, reception area and fitness center staff. Friendship, kindness and integrity would be how I sum up Waverly Gardens.

I have been extremely pleased with my stay here and hope for many more years with you. I have no complaints, but as I understand it each until received $150 per month. I never use all of that and would love to throw my unused portion into a pool of some sort to be distributed to those who could use it, especially those how, as a couple, try to eat on that amount during the month. Dan, you and the staff are outstanding and I would like all to know that i really appreciate it.

There were quite a few things that we liked about Folkstone. Location was one. And they are Presbyterian, so they cast off that. Which is nice for us. There is also a neat sky-walk that goes over to a restaurant and small grocery store, that you can get little items you need from. We liked that it starts as independent and you are able to stay if things get worse. The staff was friendly. And it was clean and Beautiful. We are on a wait list for the Future.

I recently toured this community. I thought it went very well. Everyone was friendly, and it was very clean. Overall I would rate it very highly.

My mother was in the advanced stages of Alzheimers when we were able to admit her as a resident at Carondelet Village. I cannot imagine a finer facility with a more exceptional staff. My mother was so happy there, and though her stay was relatively short, she was the happiest we had seen her in a very long time. The staff was so warm and skilled; the facility was amazing, a real community in every sense of the word; and everyone from the accounting staff to the janitorial staff was friendly and inviting. My mother died peacefully in a place where she felt safe and treasured. Thank you, Carondelet Center!

They have excellent activities and their wellness center facility is top notch! They have a work out room and a pool and everything. That was a big draw because we used the wellness facility before we even moved here. They have movies every Friday and Saturday. They have a social hour every week and games and good mixer activities so you can get to know the other residents. We like that.

Fantastic place! Really liked the pool and exercise area. The bistro is a great option. Having a washer & dryer in the unit is great. Loved the underground garage and the allowance of pets. It is near many of our doctors and provides transportation. I liked having the assisted living and memory care at the same site.

This was the first visit of my search. I really liked GracePointe Crossing. The director was very thorough and helpful. My impressions were: safe, friendly, clean, peaceful, impressive,... I will present this as an option to my Mom.

I moved to Eagle Crest 3 1/2 years ago. It was a good decision then and it is still right for me. I have met interesting people, really enjoy my apartment, and until Covid appeared, had many activities and trips available. I am sure they will all return once this pandemic eases. The staff here is efficient, caring and working hard to keep us all safe. It is a good place to be.
