Friendly, helpful staff, and a great value.

We love it here. It was meant to be for my mom. Someone at Pottstown Hospital mentioned it to me on a Saturday evening, and we were in for a tour on Sunday afternoon. We truly think it was what she needed, and everyone was easy to work with throughout the entire process. All of the residents are so nice to each other.

The nurses and attendants were just SO warm and communicative. I felt it was an exceptionally loving place and they treated my loved one with good nature , respect and affection. We picked this community, because it was near to home. Greenfield felt homey, grandparents'-house vibe, not like an institution. There were three dozen residents, and a lot of caregivers, so the place felt reasonably bustling and sociable. There was enough activity to make the place feel alive. I would recommend it to others!

The staff is what makes Greenfield; they love my Mom and she loves them. Love, plain and simple. It would be unfair to single out one staff member for excellence and it would be impossible to single out one for ineptitude. They work as a team to take care of our family. That makes me feel safe.

My 97 year old father reluctantly agreed to consider moving to a senior living facility. His visit to Greenfield was positive thanks to the professional staff that greeted us on our first visit. Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, warm and supportive. From our first visit, I was confident Greenfield was the right place. Residents were also extremely friendly and had nothing but great things to say about their experience. Move in day was a delight made smooth due to caring staff with balloons greeting my dad at his front door. So far, he is enjoying meeting other residents and loves the food.

They have done a wonderful job taking care of my loved one and I really appreciate it. The food is great. We picked this community because, I was looking for another place because of the poor care at the previous place, they had a special price match, and they were willing to work with us and help us. I really like what I saw, during the tour. I would recommend to other families.

They are generally trying to make the residents happy. They really do try with caring staff. It is warm and loving, the care givers are very personal and they communicate very well. The management was also very communicative and responsive. A lot of interface with us, that was just fabulous. They went the extra mile, they always felt loving and very personal.

Greenfield Reflections exceeded my expectations for caregiving for my husband who suffers from memory and mobility issues. The staff provides excellent care, and there is an atmosphere of love and genuine concern for each resident.

Right when you walk into Greenfield Senior Living it is just very warm, welcoming and homey feeling. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

We chose Greenfield Senior Living because of the friendliness of the staff, what they had to offer, and they were willing to work with my mother in law. The apartments here are a nice size. I would recommend to others looking.

The community is wonderful. If the community serves something the resident doesn't like, they will make the resident something different. The meals are being delivered to the rooms due to lock down for the pandemic.

Greenfield Reflections of Woodstock is the perfect place for my Aunt [name removed] that suffers with dementia. She has been a resident for 2 years. We are pleased with the attention and care she receives on a daily basis. The facility is very comfortable from the perspective of the resident and the family. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. They take great strides to make the resident and their family members comfortable with all aspects of aging. The Director, [name removed] is committed to communicating with not only the resident but the family members as well. Her vast experience assists in the immediate resolution of issues as they arise. The Greenfield staff is also very helpful and amazing. They offer many opportunities for the residents to participant in activities that facilitates friendships among them. We are very pleased to have found an environment so comfortable, safe and friendly.

We chose Greenfield Senior Living because it was affordable and it was recommended. The room sizes vary, the more you pay the bigger room you get. My favorite part about the community would be the friendliness or the staff members. They were all very good and it was also convenient to where I worked. I would absolutely recommend this community.

Greenfield is a very warm and caring facility. The staff is very attentive to all our needs. Our nursing care staff could not be any better. I recommend Greenfield to anyone looking for a second home.

I love living here because I feel secure and safe. Activities is my favorite form of entertainment. Not only do I stimulate my mind socializing is very important to me. Being with other people completes my day. I enjoy wiring letters in my room to help pass the time.

I love being here with everyone. The food good, especially the shrimp. I enjoy the cooking. I like the cooking and arts and crafts. I love making different crocheted pins. I have been here 2 years and have enjoyed being here all the friends I have been here. I am happy. Not in room much.

The staff at Greenfield Senior Living of Perkiomen Valley are great. They are very helpful, caring and friendly. They keep me posted and up to date with everything that's going on with my mom. We are very happy!
