I would advise others to be very specific on specific needs and wants for your loved one; that way, you can have a better plan. I do think that the caregivers at 24 Hour Home Care need additional help with some of the care services. I can only imagine how difficult it can be, as I am not a professional. It's hard for me, as a family member, to care for my mom - so I can only imagine how hard it is for a caregiver coming in from the outside. My mom has dementia very badly, and as someone with Alzheimer's it's very tough because you never know what you're going to come up against that day. Their needs can also change, and we're at a point where her needs are increasing. We need people who can help with that advanced level of care. They're all very cooperative and they keep us very well informed. I think they're a good company to work with. I've connected with all the caregivers, but my loved one has not. We went on vacation and she met 4 different caregivers. The first one was very nice, but I don't think we directed her very well - which was to no fault of hers. In meeting the other 4 people, there was one that stood out that my mom really connected with and liked. I would recommend others to try this agency, but it's important to be specific about your needs.

We have been using 24Hr HomeCare for about 5 weeks now. We have had some fantastic care givers for my Mom and Dad. They are kind, trustworthy and engage in conversation easily. They care for them as if they were their own family. The staff is quick to respond if issues come up and are ready with replacement care givers if needed. The service has made what could have keen a difficult transition for my parents a pleasant experience.

24Hour Care has been such a blessing! The caregivers are energetic and friendly! They communicate well with me as to how to help my husband! They seem to enjoy their jobs and ask questions to get to know him better! They take I oat ice as to light housekeeping chores! Overall I think we hit the jack pot on care!

24hrhonecare try to always have a caregiver for me! They are pleasant and courteous! The only difficulty has been setting up the direct pay with the Fed long term care!

I had to use this agency after I got out of the hospital. They sent a nurse out and a PT therapist also a caregiver one evening. They were all friendly and helpful. They were always on time and sometimes earlier. The physical therapist really cared about my well being and he knew his profession very well. He was so patient when he was showing me how to do my exercises. He did not rushed me at all. The caregiver that stayed one night did make some breakfast for me. I would recommend this agency if you need assistance.

Anytime I’m around my husband, he needs me to do things for him so it can be hard trying to get the housework and things like that done. I needed help in the house and with him, which is why I chose this agency. The caregiver they send us comes by to keep an eye on my husband while I do small chores around the house and she’ll come by twice a week for about 2 hours a day. When I need to go to the doctor, she’ll even come with me to help keep an eye on him. She helps clean the house, do the laundry, and even cook. My husband doesn’t need to be kept occupied so she doesn’t do any kind of activities with him, but rather just helps out where I need her to. What I’ve needed done, they’ve been able to do and we’re happy with the service.

They were great, very professional when mom was just out of the hospital. Unfortunately they must be recommended by the hosp, one can't hire them from the outside.

We have only used this service a few times and things have gone great. The caregivers that come out to the house have been on time and very professional. They are a great companion for my loved one. They explained everything about the service up front and they were very knowledgeable. They are flexible and able to work with short notice. I will continue to use this service and I would recommend it.

This has been a great service for care. We like the staff. They did all that they could to assist us in our needs for in-home care. The care takes was help for when they were needed. We would recommend that family seeking the options that are available for in-home care.

This was a nice service. We liked that the service. They were able to send out a care taker as soon as we needed someone to come to our home. They were a good companion and they help with the some of the personal care that we required. We wanted the same care taker on a regular basis and not someone different each time we needed in home care. We would recommend this service to other families needing in home care for a loved one

I could not have been more pleased with the service that they provided us. The agency kept all the appointments never canceled on us but the best things were the person who came was constant. The agency never stated the staffing like other agencies tends to do. We felt very comfortable with letting them into our home they were kind and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

This is a nice service for care for my parents. The staff is attentive and caring. The care taker does try and help with the needs of my parents when informed on what their needs are. The services from 24 Hr HomeCare has been wonderful. Every person they have sent has been good with my mom. She likes every person that has come to the house to help her. We interviewed with them and loved all that we heard and started services with them.

I was very happy with this in-home care service for my mom. The staff was very nice and helpful to find someone to come into our home and help with the care for my mom. We liked the caretaker that was very helpful in a list of things needed for my mom's care. We would recommend this service and the caretaker to other and we will be using this service again.
