My brother loves it at Vintage at Mill Creek and has made a lot of friends. It is a very nice facility, this was the first place he saw and he really liked the location. The apartment sizes are great and I would recommend them.

I love my two bedroom with a huge deck, huge bedroom, a huge bathroom and a huge kitchen all my visitors can't believe how big it is. I love it here, it is a very cute condo. I love my new group of friends I have made here. Also Vintage at Mill Creek is pet friendly.

Very nice. No pool or meals, but W/D in units, plus elevators. Income limits.

I am absolutely loving it here. They offer a lot of activities and amenities. I do water aerobics several times a week and it’s free. I also make use of the exercise room near the business center; I play billiards with the fellas every now and then, they have a wood shop, card games, bible study groups, and they also have dog parks nearby. There is just so much to do here. The apartment units are great too. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. I recommend this community to everybody and everybody.

They showed me one apartment before I moved in and it seemed big enough at the time but once I moved in I realized I needed a two bedroom. I was advised I would have to wait a year before I could move. They do not offer a meal plan for this community. They do offer a wide variety of activities. The community is kept well taken care of.

I am very happy here at this community. The food is good and the staff are very nice. The community is kept clean and well maintained. I have not yet tried the food. I would recommend this community.

Everything is going absolutely well. We are glad we found the place and so far it is incredible.

They have been very proactive and very prompt in responding to anything I need, as far as maintenance is concerned. I had a couple situations in the beginning and they were there right away taking care of them. They have always been really friendly. I like the staff.

Our experience with Vintage at Everett has been a very good one! The facility itself is nice looking and clean, although things are a bit worn and in need of an update. But the service and care here are top notch! The staff is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at the Vintage. It's a very nice looking community, and the staff have all been very friendly. They really take the time to speak with their residents and get their input on how to make The Vintage a great place.

I choose Vintage because it felt more spacious in the common areas and I got a chance to chat with some of the residents while I was waiting for my tour and they seemed content. My tour guide was was terrific and someone who my Mom could relate to very easily. The also had a 2 bed room available so I went ahead and I took it. Thanks so much for your help.

When the availability of the apartment I was meant to move into in Bellingham fell through, the staff at the Vintage at Lakewood worked overtime to push through the paperwork to get me into my current apartment, and I couldn't be happier. This place is really great. It's fairly new and well maintained, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the Smokey Point Everett Clinic. My apartment is spacious and well laid out. The closet space is not huge, but it is adequate for one person in a one room unit, and there are storage cubicles available upon request.

My Mom loves her new apartment, she’s been moved in for just over 2 months. She loves her new space and being in a secure, well-kept building. The apartment is much smaller but easier to clean and manage. If forced her to get rid of things she didn’t need. The staff has been fantastic and they met her special need of needing bars in the bathroom after she moved in. There are lots of activities so she can be involved or not. She is happy being independent, having all her services within 5 miles, most within 2! She happens to love having her own washer and dryer in her own apartment. She only wishes there was a Trader Joe’s nearby and she still had a garage but has adjusted fine.

My dog and I are current residents at Vintage at Lakewood. Our experience here has been excellent. Prior to moving in they suggested I have my dog certified so that he can stay with me, since he is over the weight limit, and I couldn't be happier! The staff keep the place in great condition, and most of them are very friendly and helpful. I am still trying to get used to the apartment life, but having a huge kitchen and a great group of new friends makes it easier. I am very confident that things will continue to go well and I would recommend this community.

I moved in here on the 11th of Sept and so far I'm very very happy with the place. My apartment was just like moving into a new place, everything didn't even look like it had been used. There are a lot of rules but a place this large needs them or the people would take advantage so as far as I'm concerned the rules are good ones and should be followed. Nice local area close to all necessary stores, it could not have been in a better location for me.

You always read the “downside” of a facility in reviews. I have been here two years. Quite content. But today, management went “above and beyond in my favor”. There had been an incident re parking spaces in garage. Situation was MORE than rectified to my satisfaction. Management stood up for me! Thank you so very much.

It is a good community to move in to. The apartments that are available, rental staff, and maintenance team are stand outs to me. I would like to see more carpeting in the apartments. The staff communication with the residents is good. It is no longer just suited to 55 and above. They have opened it up to low income. residents as well

They don't have air conditioning in the apartments themselves, so it is a little warm. The activities were good before COVID. we had movie night, exercise class, and casino day. I chose this community because the location was close to where I work. I would recommend that community to other families. It is a friendly community, both residents and staff included. There is an outside entertaining area, with seating and fit pit, and the grounds have a park side with pond and birds.

I wrote a previous review that was not very positive and I regret some of it as I wrote it on a very bad day with this Covid19 shutdown and kind of just couldn't take one more negative report, And if I could delete the review I would but it doesn't appear anyone reads these much anyway. I usually am very active and busy and I have been unable to participate in my usual activities now for 2 and half months, but that was very selfish of me as no one else has been able to either. Though some are not so negatively impacted by having to stay in and do very little as I am I think. Having worked as an RN for almost 40 years I am used to being active and just staying in has been extremely difficult. Now the weather is getting nicer and I and my dog can get out and walk I am feeling much better. The manager here and the staff are doing their very best under very difficult circumstances and this is of no fault of their's or anyone else. I am blessed to be able to live here and while I do hope I can get an apartment soon away from the noise of traffic on 172nd, I am comfortable and so blessed to be healthy during these difficult times. Please ignore my negative review of earlier, there is nothing perfect in life, this is not heaven, but considering how many are really struggling and facing losing so much I have no reason or desire to complain.

The manager didn't expect me. She handed me right off to her assistant. The place is under renovation so I'll reserve judgment on facilities but it was clean, well situated but not within easy walking distance from shopping. No units were available to see.
