My mom has been there a year and I can't say enough good things about this facility. It provides excellent service beyond normal expectations. My mom is 100, in a wheelchair and moves effortlessly around the many areas of activities, games, movies, live entertainment, therapy animals and outdoor nature in beautiful locked courtyards. The food court provides a well lighted cheerful community area with a large t.v. for entertainment. A daily menu is provided and more choices off a menu that you can pick and choose. I have complete confidence that my mom is safe and happy when I leave after my daily visit and I can sleep peacefully knowing that I have chosen the right place after months of searching. [name removed] was the greatest help. She answered all questions and my mom is the happiest person since she moved in at Paddock. The caregivers are so lovely. And the communication between management and family is phenomenal. Thank you.

I've never felt more welcome and at home at another community. They always make me feel so welcome and at home when I come in to see my mom. When I have any concerns they are very responsive and tentative.

I had so much fun. The staff was so nice and came up with so much things to do . I love this place so much . There meals are so good , they care and help a lot . That place is so beautiful and nice .

This place is so fantastic and beautiful. The first feeling when coming into the facility was very laid back and so welcoming. The feeling of seeing everyone up and walking and smiling and laughing was incredible. Would definitely recommend to everyone. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

The staff was amazing and treated everyone respectfully and nice the facility’s were amazing along activities they offered and do. The rooms were very nice and kept clean they treat there residents with care and hostility

Managment extremely helpful. My mom has been here for a month and a half, and Sales director has been so helpful and made this transition very smooth for both myself and my mom. I visited several other communities and nothing seemed as warm and welcoming as Paddock Ridge.

Beautiful community with a team that instantly makes you feel welcomed and like family. We met with the administration and other care team associates, even the housekeeper and activities team were part of the introductions. You can tell they are experts in the field and really love what they do. We really enjoyed the food too and they have lots of events for family to participate with. Best decision we could have made was to bring mom here. Thank you Paddock Ridge Ocala for all that you do for our mom and for us too! You have been amazing

1.Overall experience 5 There have been some Mgt changes but was not directly impactful to my mom The team seems to place residents in neighborhoods thoughtfully as to not upset the delicate balance of the dynamic between existing residents & new additions 2.Cleanliness of the facility 5 Common areas are clean, fresh, inviting Moms room is kept clean by staff as well 3.Friendliness 5 Staff is pleasant, reception staff always make us feel welcome. Care team seems to be bubbly, kind & concerned 4.Quality of care 5 Mom is checked on many time each day Staff in her neighborhood has always been fantastic 5.Food 5... now Was a little slacking for a while... offer prepared specials & large everyday alt menu 6. Activities 5 Activities staff [name removed] and his team have minimum 3 activities daily They schedule visits with my pot belly pig (Fat Albert) who visits all 4 neighborhoods every other month 7.Value for the money 5 This level of ALF is expensive but worth it We refer to Paddock Ridge as "The Luxurious Resort" I could not imagine my mom living anywhere else. And as her care needs change they have different levels/price points and memory care units should she require more assistance. They are pet friendly! As long as resident can care for their pet they can have a cat or small dog

These all get a definite 5! The caregivers were incredibly skilled, kind, supportive and respondent. The director, [name removed], left a week after Dad died. She was as kind, an supportive as her staff. I haven't met [name removed] yet but am hoping to soon as I want to offer my skills as a volunteer.

The therapy team is great! The nurses and aids are friendly and attentive. And the food is chefs kiss! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. Lots of activities and outings for the residents.

I cannot sing enough praises for this facility. The executive director is awesome and accessible and her staff is the best I've ever dealt with. The food is awesome, the nurse is top notch. The residents are so sweet. and the entire staff is so kind and helpful. I would whole-heatedly recommend AdviniaCare The Woodlands to other families looking for care for their loved ones. [name removed], the executive director, knows how I feel. I have expressed, to her, everything I have shared with you. She is amazing.

It's a relatively small community so everyone knows everyone, and the staff knows all the residents and their needs. Staff is friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. Lots of outings and activities. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! My brother-in-law is going to join my sister there very soon.

AdviniaCare at Paddock Ridge really does look like a 5 star resort when you walk in, it is a really nice clean community they just currently have a couple of glitches here and there. The meals started out to be really good, then they declined some but we do believe they are working on it and they are improving. When it comes to activities there is something going on a lot of the time. So far it has been great and it is the perfect set up for our loved one. She has a nice group of ladies she sits with for the afternoon meals.

I love [name removed] (activities director). She works hard. The food is much better. I love it here, my home.
