They are the best. Additionally they are loving and caring. Yes - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Holidays they host open house with Thanksgiving and Christmas spread. They are getting ready to throw my mom a bday party later this month. [name removed] told us to invite family and friends. All the nurses and aides from Hospice will also be there.

My Dad has late stage dementia and was exhibiting behavioral problems and was asked to leave a larger memory care facility in San Jose. We found Rose Garden through a family friend who's grandma had the same problem. We moved my dad in and the Administrator and staff were able to get my dad's behaviors a lot better than before. The facility is always clean and tidy, it is very peaceful and a nice place for any elderly to live in.

My loved one was briefly a resident at The Rose Garden Elderly Care and everything was great for him at this facility. [Name removed] was wonderful to my loved one and dealt with his challenges with grace.

Overall experience has been wonderful. We couldn't be happier. The facility, staff, care they provide has been more than what we had hoped for. Rose Garden answered our prayers. My mom is well cared for and is calm and content!!! Our family can finally breathe. Communication is excellent, Ting is one of a kind, [name removed] and [name removed] are excellent. And the hospice care for med management was life changing! Thank you to a place for mom for recommending Rose Garden!

The Rose Garden was an excellent experience with a very caring environment. When it came to activities they had different things like walks through the neighborhood, interpersonal one-on-one exercises, etc. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families looking into the community!

The only thing that I didn't have experience with was activities as my father in law was not capable of anything while he was there. [name removed] was excellent and made things easy for us and she really cares about her residents.

I toured The Rose Garden not long ago and was impressed by what I saw. Firstly, the facility did not feel and look like a facility nor smelled like one. It was incredibly, clean, cozy, and fresh. There were flowers, plants, Himalayan salt lamps and art everywhere. All the furniture is new and all the rooms are immaculately clean. The administrator was kind and you can tell there was a lot of heart and soul that went into this home. Since this place had just opened, we saw only one resident at the time. She seemed well taken care of with one-on-one care. The environment and service that I saw is exactly what we’re looking for. When the time is right, I hope there is still a spot left for my parent. I am impressed!

The Rose Garden Elderly Care is a residential house on a fairly busy street. The house Is quiet, however, and has five bedrooms with different configurations with clients. My mother is in a smaller room but it is bright and cheerful. We pay extra for a private room. The two women staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. The food is good with requests being fulfilled. The dinners are usually done individually as each client is on a different diet. Most dinners have rice, meat, vegetables in a stir fry plate. My mom seems to enjoy the variety of dinners. She requested a sandwich for lunches and fruit. These are spartan, but she also enjoys them. There are TVs in every room and a very large TV in the front room with barker lounge chairs. There is a large paved back patio, but little shade, so going outside is not usually possible with the summer heat. I would suggest some soft patio chairs and an umbrella would help. The house has no bad odors and is always very clean. The lovely people that run the facility make it a great place to place your loved ones that need care beyond what you can give at your own home.

I would not recommend this place. They appear to be understaffed and my loved one was left in bed all day for most days. My loved one was clearly distressed and unhappy to be in this home. After moving them into another home, they are faring much better.
