Wow, What A Beautiful Place!

Waterstone of Westchester is a bright, beautiful building with gorgeous apartments. Residents were so engaged through fitness classes, lectures, musical entertainment, clubs, games, cultural trips and movies. They have one of the best happy hours I have seen in any community! You can tell this independent community is one of the best - the employees address the residents by name, it is so refreshing to see. I have been in the community a few different times since they opened in 2022 and each time notice something different. There is a really good energy in the building. Not something I see that often when I visit my clients in senior living communities.

Bridges by Epoch of Westford Review

I cannot say enough about Bridges, from the maintenance crew to the chef, the CNA’s, the Nurses….everyone gets to know the resident, and the family. The care and social activities are amazing. Mom’s first full day as a resident, she went in her first field trip to The Butterfly Place in Westford and loved it! The facility is beautiful, the grounds and resident courtyards have walking paths, raised garden beds, rocking chairs, tables, umbrellas, so many comforts of home. They have Friday afternoon happy hours, which my Mom loved. Residents get to have a mock tail or cocktail and themed based snacks. Unfortunately, my Mom was only there 6 weeks and died in her sleep. My Mom was treated with love and respect the entire time she was there. Great facility and staff!

Great place, beautiful, highly recommend, great location, great services but food needs improvement.

Reasons we chose Waterstone of Westchester- Extremely clean. Manager Lauren extremely accessible. Yearly rate increase of 6 % Only 30 meals per month included. Basically dinner. Have a small continental breakfast every morning. Lots of activities. Location. Cleanliness. New. Beautiful rooms. Amenities. Basically the cleanliness and upkeep are fabulous. Oh, the weekly cleaning service is wonderful. Close to everything. Most complaints here are about the FOOD. Food could and should be MORE for the price

Ideal residence for loved ones suffering from dementia

What I like about Bridges is that the residents live in so-called houses. Within those houses the residents have freedom to move around and it's safe for them. It's designed very much like a home with a living room. Eating areas and bedrooms. My mother-in-law resides on the ground floor, which allows her to go outside in a very spacious and beautiful garden with pathways, vegetable garden, which the residents take care of, and she can go to the other house on the other side of the building from this common area. Bridges excels in nursing care, activities, and friendliness. There are always activities going on. They're well planned and appropriate for the residents. Also Bridges offers to accommodate families for functions, and even for visiting in that they will also cook for a family gathering that you can hold at the building. The food is very good, and they always give two choices every meal for the residents to select. Family members are allowed to take their loved ones out for the day or even overnight if needed. Bridges allows the freedom of movement for the residents in a very safe environment. I can't say enough good things about bridges by epic. My husband and I are very satisfied with our decision to move my mother-in-law there.

An excellent community for memory care.

Dad was only there a week before passing so I did not have a lot time for an in-depth assessment. The staff during the day were more helpful than the evening staff. I work full time so visited dad after work. I know there is less staff in the evenings and I was usually the only visitor, just made it a little more difficult for me to get updates. Overall I was very happy with Bridges and would recommend them.

Too good to Be True

I love that it is independent living. They are amazing and so accomodating. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is fresh, cooked to perfection, and great. The wait staff is incredible. The CEO recommended seniors helping seniors. My loved one needs more care, than what they are providing. They are so fabulous. They do offer some good activites. We picked this community because the location is fantasic, and the friendliness. I would recommend to others, if they can afford it. This place lives up to it's expectations.

I wanted to make sure I keep everyone updated on what happened. We resolved the whole situation. Bridges had a few people involved to explain to us what happened and how things came to be. The problem is resolved and we are on good terms now, I was concerned my in laws were not being treated properly but come to find out they truly are being cared for and it will all a misunderstanding. Thank you Bridges of Hingham for sticking with us and explaining everything in full.

Happy with our choice

Bridges at Norwalk is fantastic and a wonderful place. He loves it here -I cannot even tell you how happy we are with this facility. It is a beautiful place. Whatever residents need they will get. The people are all so nice. We toured a lot of places and I feel like for his needs, this is perfect fit. They only focus on memory care, so there is a lot of one on one attention. They have so many activities provided. The woman who runs it is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

Mom is Happy

In general, the staff is very friendly and open with their clients. They keep track of them and always know where they are, which is great. There are plenty of activities to do, something every hour if you wanted to. The facility is beautifully built and decorated but is also relaxed and doesn't feel stuffy. My mom loves her apartment and is happy and content living there.

Bridges at Nashua was by far the most deluxe facility I found. However, it was also the most expensive. If money were not a consideration, we probably would have gone there. Like the other places we toured, I found the staff to be very helpful, and they seemed to truly care about their residents.

Superior caring experience throughout

My mom recently passed away after almost 2 years here. The quality and caring of the staff throughout her stay (and decline) is nothing more than staggering. Throughout her stay, the staff and management was both supportive and proactive, helping us help my mom. They adapted to her changing support requirements with professional caring that I value. And it was almost as emotional for them as for our family when my Mom passed. This facility does the utmost to provide supportive care and dignity of care.

A God send

For me Waterstone on High Ridge was the only place that I really liked that we looked at. It has everything we needed. It is first class, the building is stunning, and the food is like being at a 5 star hotel. They also really involve the families in everything and I really like that. The outside area is just beautiful. The activities are phenomenal and they have so much to do. They get feedback from residents and change/add activities to the calendar. Staff are very attentive, everyone who works in the building knows my dad by name. He is thriving here and could not be happier, he loves it.

I was not crazy about Bridges by EPOCH. It seemed a little too big and too cooperate. It is in an area that is being developed so there is a lot of traffic. They also focus on memory care and my loved one was not ready for that yet. They did a really nice job on the tour though.
